Hi has anyone tracked their ovulation after giving birth using Clearblue ovulation sticks? If you have, when did you get your first smiley?! Thanks!

It's different for everyone, some people ovulate before their first PP AF and others don't, some their cycles return to normal fairly quickly, some it can take 12 weeks+, sorry there's not much of an answer to give!

I know it can be different for everyone, just thought it would be good to hear people's experiences... Here's mine if anyone's interested!
I breastfed with formula top ups from birth (baby lost 10% of birth weight so hospital put him on a feeding plan). At 4 weeks I dropped the breast night feeds. Baby became increadingly fussy at the breast, completely rejecting at 7 weeks. I continued to express a bit to add to bottles for a further week, stopping breastfeeding completely at 8 weeks.
I started tracking ovulation using clearblue digital at 3 weeks post birth as heard that's the earliest you can ovulate. Did this each morning and got first smiley 9 weeks post birth, exactly one week after completely stopping breastfeeding. Have not yet had a period since giving birth. Now will wait to see if I have one in a fortnight - fingers crossed I won't!

You want to fall pregnant 9 weeks after giving birth? Wow

Know it seems soon but have read you have a fertile window after giving birth which ideally want to take advantage of; am 38 and took a while to conceive last time! Also would be lovely for son to have a sibling close in age if this is possible
