March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

I know, its frustrating and hard to stay positive. Especially when others are getting BFPs.

@whatsthecraic91 I'm CD 9 today. Usually ovulate CD 11 or a bit after. I'm hoping thir magic herbs might have worked to slow it down though as I read its not ideal to ovulate before day 14. We are heading to Yorkshire for a couple of days so hopefully can switch off to it for a bit. I too think DTD too often doesn't help so we need to ration. Problem is- my sex drive is high this time of the month and I struggle not to burn him out before we've started. 🤣 Had a ban last night.

I am just sitting here twiggling my thumbs, waiting away... According to ovia I can test in 9 days. So fed up myself... 😔

Mt husband family keeps asking him if we are pregnant yet! So annoying.

And @Adrianoska I know that feeling, it’s so annoying. Our families are constantly asking us when we’re going to have a baby and people actively look at my belly now whenever they see us 😡 I just feel it’s so personal and they have no idea

@Newbie0818 weve all been there haha i like to shine a torch through mine 😂 im due today and was absolutely convinced id wake up to af, but so far nothing 🙄 still 100% sure it'll arrive, just hope its not as late as last month 😏

@Adrianoska and @newbie that’s why we haven’t told anyone, but of course makes it the much harder not having anyone irl to talk it through, dh is getting fed up, ...

@whatsthecraic91 I'm aiming not to test until Thursday when AF will be late, if it gets that far! I do have one test in so may be tempted to test Monday or Tuesday.

Oh yes @franklydear, we haven’t told anyone either as we want it to be a surprise. This thread has been so helpful

@newbie we haven’t told anyone as it might not happen at all, and don’t want a pity party, close friends and family always knew I wanted more than one, but after nearly ten years they stopped asking, don’t want that to start again, I just didn’t think I would get so immediately obsessed... thank god for strangers on the internet

@franklydear ha exactly, thank god for you guys. I literally have no one to tell that af hasnt turned up yet. Wont even tell oh cause i was 5 days late last month and dont want to say anything yet!

DH went to the shop and got some cheap test, bless him, I think I might do one next weekend when af would have been a week late, just to be sure

After 18 months of ttc, lap and dye surgery, hormone and sperm tests, this happened today; pinch me!

How is everyone today? AF is officially late for me. Which makes absolutely NO sense. And the temptation to test grows everytime i pee and dont see a thing!

@Hatepickinganame - any chance you could have ov'd later than you thought?

11dpo today, managed to get my first wee out of the way without thinking about it, that's the key to not testing I think! Also for some reason this month I'm just not as bothered by testing, I'm fairly convinced it won't be positive, I think because this is just our second month of TTC. Hope everyone's having a nice weekend!

@lola871 i mean there could be, but i was 100% sure it was cd12/13. Last cycle i thought it was really early around cd10 but then on cd15/16 i had tons of ewcm and two days of cramping, and af arrived around cd30. (My first cycle was 26 days, so cycle 2 was 30) and this month i had tons of ewcm and two days of cramping on cd12/13 so by my inexperienced calculations i should be on by now, right? Im still planning to wait until im a full week late before i test.... why is this so hard 😂 its now cd28. I still have pms symptoms so i do think will start soon. Plus we literally dtd once on the first day of my apparent fertile window and he finished elsewhere (sorry, tmi!) So chances of actually being pregnant are super small 😂 sorry for the long old post, trying to keep my hopes down haha

@Hatepickinganame yes it definitely sounds like AF should have arrived yesterday if you go by the previous month!

That's so frustrating for you, not sure what to suggest! If the longest cycle you've had has been 30 days then maybe test if AF hasn't arrived by Tuesday?

@Lola871 thats what i thought. Now obsessively popping to the loo to check every 45 seconds. Why is it that even when you're so sure you didnt catch the right time you cant help but hope anyway 😂 i want to try and wait it out til sat when ill be a week late cause seeing a bfn is worse than seeing af arrive... also refusing to mention it to oh until at least Wednesday just in case im completely wrong and dont actually know my body at all 😂 i dont want to get his hopes up again either.

I had af type pains all day yesterday and it was the worst, but nothing happened, she still hasn’t shown and the pains gone. Feeling quite distracted by the fact I’m feeling quite ill though, nausea and bad upper abdomen pain. Think I’m coming down with a bug :(

I have no idea where I am in my cycle haha.

I've had a really nasty cough since Tuesday so have been drinking loads to help soothe it but as a result I'm very hydrated and my wee is too dilute so my opk tests have all been coming up negative... I had a high test on 3rd and 5th but low every other day. No peaks at all.
I've had ewcm since I entered my predicted ov window... And my suggested ov date is today but my opk this morning was a definite negative... I really don't like not knowing haha

I'm having to trust my understanding of my CM this cycle... And hope I get ovulation pain to let me know whats happening lol

@Newbie0818 ive been a bit crampy too, so i just keep expecting af... no sign despite my thousand and one trips to the loo. Ive also got a bit of a cold 😔 wondering if feeling run down could be delaying it?

@sausage1990 i just go by ewcm and cramps, ive noticed i seem to get both at the same time 😂 if af doesnt show up tomorrow i might start hoping... it just seems so unlikely this month though.
