March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

Just walking home and it’s taking every ounce of my being not to buy a pregnancy test 😱😂

Although right now I am trying to wee on any paper strip I can find. My opk got a bit darker this afternoon. So soooooon....

I'm the same. I'm becoming obsessive. Coming on here won't help as I now know what I need to. So I'm scaling everything right back and trying to chill. No obsessive temping or checking everything. It's just stressing me out.

@Hatepickinganame Aawww I know i keep looking out for all the familiar names and keeping everything crossed.

So tmi warning but I actually feel more hopeful this cycle, my CM is doing what it usually does... Starts changing to more ewcm and more watery, hopefully it will now go fully ewcm in the next day or 2 (and hopefully be perfectly in sync with the opk). Which is what I'm used to.

Last cycle was the 1st once post chemical and although I got the opk peak and a small amount of ewcm, I just didnt get the same pattern. It was creamy all the way then 2 days of stretchy cm then back to creamy. No thin watery cm, or slippery ewcm. Then af arrived 11days dpo.

This month feels more normal. So I feel like my body has recovered from the chemical and it ready to try again 🥰

AND its my 30th birthday tomorrow... Which feels a bit special!!!! Xx

@paintfairy God its so easy to become obsessed.

Last month was my 1st opk experience and it really stressed me out. This cycle I decided to listen to my body and just keep an eye on my CM like I always do (even before TTC) an then do a few opk to see if it matches up.

It's hard but I think you're right in scaling it back @paintfairy and I try to remember that we're trying to start our family and it shouldnt stressful.... I appreciate I'm only in cycle 3 and lots of people are alot further in their journey and /or are struggle with fertility but while I'm not in that place (because I may be one day) I'm going to try to remember that at this stage it shouldn't be stressful 😊

@sausage1990 I ovulate day 11-12 pretty religiously. I can also feel things. So I don't really need to even obsess. Just be DTD the right week. We did smep last month and that didn't work so I'm going to back off. I agree- it's meant to be fun. I'm old so haven't got lots of time but stressing won't speed it up.

I managed to by pass the baby aisle phew. I did end up peeing on an opk though just to get it out my system haha!

Boobs are a bit more tender, but I don’t know if that’s because I’m poking them so much 🤣

@paintfairy im the same, ive figured out from my last three cycles i know when i ovulate, its between cd12 and cd15 but i get loads of EWCM and cramps when it happens so i dont really need to use opks or temps to tell. We are definitely returning to the if it happens, it happens mindset. I think talking about actively trying put too much stress on us lol

@Newbie0818 i literally dont have a single symptom. My boobs are usually sore pre-af but aside from a slight ache even thats not really happening. Defo out this month 😂 at least ill save myself the 40 quid i spent oj tests last month 😂😂😂😂

You never know @hatepickinganame fx for you! The only “symptoms” I’ve had is loads of cm (which normally doesn’t happen after ovulation) and the day of cramps I had yesterday. Nothing today apart from cm! It’s madness.

@Posharmchairs I'm doing the opposite this month, relaxing the DTD to 3 times a week all cycle like my Dr recommended. Wish I had of taken his advice last cycle as I ovulated 8 days later than I thought!

Ahhhhhh! So we did BD on Saturday and Sunday. My opk were big time negative. We did not bd last night. And this morning my opk were getting darker and just now I think I had a peak! Now I am worried as we did have yesterday off and my ovia app adjusted and now it said it was best to have sex yesterday. (although it says it is still good today). My husband will be back from work late tonight but we will definitely BD. Do you think I missed the window? Xxx

What's SMEP? I have never heard of it and just wondering

AF is in full swing. App says I'm due to ov 14th/15th but I have ordered CB opk's coz I will need the smiley face to interpret 🙈 keeping it simple lol xx

@Adrianoska if you BD today as well as Sat/Sun you'll have BD plenty in the fertile window, don't worry!

6dpo for me today, finding it quite easy going so far but I'm sure that will change towards the end of the week!

Really this is such a difficult time! It overtakes every single of my thoughts and I can't focus on anything else. I can't wait for it to be over! I just want to see that BFP! 😅

@Adrianoska someone on here last week got a BFP having only done it once in their fertile window. I think we panic too much.....

@paintfairy yes... 😊 And it happened to me, too, about 6 months ago, my husband and I had unprotected sex once (and just after I ovulated) and I got pregnant by accident! It ended up in MC...
But I know its possible... So why isn't it happening last 3 months when we try so well??
Anyway, last night we did bd 😅 and I hope for some action tonight, too?

@Adrianoska probably because you are trying too hard? I've no idea. We did pretty much every day last month and to no avail. So this month I've decided there's no point in doing that. I'm due to ovulate early next week.

Sod's law?

7 years ago when I was TTC for my boy with my ex husband I used it to my advantage 😂. I had a motorbike. I have been trying for 5 months ang getting frustrated. I knew that if I get pregnant I would have to get rid of my bike. So I did the opposite : I invested in new gear and top box for my bike hoping to attract sod's law and get pregnant! And it worked! Haha, had to sell my motorbike and the new gear that I never got to use (obviously with some financial loss).

But I was younger then and in much less of a hurry... Now I really worry.

Still no news either way from me. Spotting has still stopped since Monday and due AF today or tomorrow going by my previous cycles (although it could be as late as Saturday still be normal).

I’m on the fence about trying again later this month if AF comes as I have a few family birthday (including mines) and Mother’s Day plans which involve drinking... but I could go easy and have no more than a couple of drinks at those and continue to BD without fully trying. It sounds like accidental pregnancies are easier to achieve from reading above after all!

Finally a hint to of af! Cd:41, what a cruel mistress!

If there is an April bus I might hop over there.

As for me, af is due in two days. Cant decide whether to find the april bus with @Posharmchairs or just give it a miss for this coming month...

Happy birthday @sausage, I don't know what to do, I had a bit of bleeding on Sunday afternoon, and then spotting on and off,... Do I test or just accept this is the new after pill af? Weird af
