March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

@paintfairy did you get your AF or not yet? Sorry if I missed the post 💕

paintfairy · 29/02/2020 16:22

@Adrianoska yes. It took a while to get going but started properly last night.

Bic501 · 29/02/2020 16:29

@Adrianoska thank you for the welcome. I'm 33. Haven't really done anything as yet other than start taking pre-natal vitamins. I used to have a CB fert monitor which was how I got pg with 2 of my children. So I might invest in some CB ov sticks, to try and help me understand my cycle a bit and I have downloaded flo.

Sorry to hear about your BFN's ladies. Don't think I will be far behind you.
@Peggy91 I know. I don't think I'll be testing to Wednesday after af will be late if it hasn't came since then. I have no symptoms at all so 🤷🏼‍♀️

Lola871 · 29/02/2020 16:40

@rooarsome sorry to hear AF got you!

@littletandme I can see something on the second pic you posted, test with an FRER tomorrow!

Franklydear · 29/02/2020 17:32

@paintfairy sorry to hear your news, next time... I haven’t tested yet, 1 more week to go to af...

Newbie0818 · 29/02/2020 17:56

So... Flo predicts my af will start on Monday, but I’ll only be 10 DPO (days post ovulation). That’s assuming I did ovulate after my opk turned positive. I’ve had irregular periods and last month was my first time using opk’s so I think the app is basing it on that?

Should I test then or just wait and see if af does in fact turn up? Getting itchy feet now.

Hatepickinganame · 29/02/2020 20:49

@Newbie0818 ive used flo for three months, first month it was spot on, last month i was 5 days later than it said and this month i ovulated earlier than its original prediction. It depends how long you've been using it and what data you input to how accurate it is. As for testing, its whether or not you can wait 😂 im terrible for poas!

Im currently 8dpo, absolutely no symptoms whatsoever and trying really hard not to look for any 😂😂😂

Newbie0818 · 29/02/2020 21:15

@hatepickinganame yeah I’ve not been using it for too long, about 3 months, so that’s why I was using opk’s to at least get some idea about what’s going on lol.

I’m quite crampy right now so I’m guessing I’m out this month. Seems like af is knocking at the door.

MrsB2019x · 29/02/2020 22:02

Haven’t been on here for a few days and feel like there isn’t loads to catch up on, so exciting to see some of you are approaching your testing window 🎉🤞

I’m not entirely convinced I ovulated tbh, I only had a halfway-to-positive OPK last Saturday then it was completely blank from Sunday onwards 😕 I had sore boobs for like 2 days but that was it and I have no other symptoms at all so pretty sure I’m out for this month ☹️ AF due next weekend.

MrsB2019x · 29/02/2020 22:03

**IS loads to catch up on! Stupid autocorrect 😒

EasterBunny7 · 29/02/2020 22:18

March bus making an FMU stop tomorrow Sad

EasterBunny7 · 29/02/2020 22:18

Wishing everyone the best

littletandme · 29/02/2020 22:24

Good luck @EasterBunny7 me too, hoping for a slightly clearer squinter 🤞🏻

Exciting times 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 good luck everyone xx

Anon87 · 29/02/2020 23:06

@littletandme Have you FRER'd? I'm excited here! 🤞🏻

Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 06:46

BFN this morning at 16dpo. ☹️

littletandme · 01/03/2020 07:20

BFN on a FRER for me too. Possibly only 9dpo, so I'm going to wait till Wednesday now.

@littletandme still early so there is hope yet!

I just did this opk test and got what looks like a faint positive! Does anyone know if Sainsbury’s blue dye tests are iffy?

March bus
Lola871 · 01/03/2020 08:39

@posharmchairs Sainsbury's blue tests are ok but they often get a thin line which isn't a positive but looks like it could be, as long as you only look for lines of the same thickness it's ok I think.

@littletandme plenty of time still to get a BFP!

4dpo here today, nothing of interest going on for the next few days when I'm sure the symptom spotting will start!

Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 08:50

@lola871 it was a stark white negative on the Sainsbury’s test. I’m just clutching at straws I think. The faint positive on the opk I uploaded is the first surge I’ve detected since the 24th Jan so I was hoping it might mean something.

littletandme · 01/03/2020 08:59

@Lola871 I hope so, confused about yesterday's cheapie as the line is still quite obvious to me but it must be dodgy if a FRER isn't picking anything up yet with FMU 🤷🏻‍♀️

Newbie0818 · 01/03/2020 09:06

Sorry about your bfn’s ladies, but it’s still so early, keep your chin’s up! And if it a bit later, don’t forget if af isn’t here you’re still not out.

I feel like I’m coming down with something 😷 think I’ll just wait it out and see when the witch comes for testing. Really can’t see another bfn again.

Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 09:42

I seem to be a ball of anger this morning. Period can’t be far off!

It seems to cruel to be late and symptom heavy and then get bfn.

When we were ttc our ds I went 7 months without ovulation or bleeding. It was some kind of torture! Knowing we had zero chance and had to wait for help.

Good luck to anyone else about to test. I’m definitely staying away from cheap blue dye. At least with a frer you can confidently stop whinging yourself up with “what ifs”.

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 09:53

Sorry for all the bfn, hopefully for some will be too early to show... I had a good sleep and woke up with no symptoms, don't know if that is good or bad? not testing yet, af not due until Friday so quite pointless really...

karenkeys · 01/03/2020 09:56

@littletandme you didn’t get a positive until 12 DPO last time so I wouldn’t worry yet! I tried another IC this morning and saw nothing. I have a big pack of the cheapies so thought i may as well but not going to use a FRER until AF is due on Wednesday.
