Hi :)

I was on a previous thread with some fab women but can't seem to find the thread or know how to do it on my phone so starting a new one as I REALLY need some advice / help / calming down have just spilt foundation on a cream carpet (not the reason I am freaking out)

I randomly decided to pick up some tests in sainburys (just their own brand pack) but I knew it wouldn't / couldn't be positive as according to my phone app I was due to ovulate (sorry girls still haven't got the lingo) and then THIS HAPPENED ... yup still sat on the bedroom floor looking at the foundation stain and staring at this test (drinking a pint of water to try and test again) is this what I think it is???? AF due in 3/4 days ... Did the deed ONCE over the xmas period (due to staying in family and friends homes so didn't even think this could be possible)

I have attached the pic I took literally 40 seconds after I went from the bathroom to the bedroom ...

I AM FREAKING OUT ... just signed up to the great north run (last night) and booked a skiing holiday ...

don't get me wrong I would be beyond over the moon but arghhhhhh just freaking out, girls help!!!

xxxx

Morning all

So I took the Tesco tests last night (which are the same as the Sainsbury's) so cant tell you which is which .... also I'm pretty sure I can see lines on all 4??? The really faint one I took right before bed because I'm so impatient! Anyways off on a search for a first response before work and will update again then

P.S sorry they look manky I put them in my makeup bag and have had a bronzer explosion hahaha

Congratulations OP, that’s about as positive as you can get. It’s a year exactly (almost to the hour!) since I was sat having my own freak out at the faintest of faint lines on a cheap internet test stick. The line turned into my 3 month old DD.

I will always remember seeing the words “pregnant” popping up on a digital test as one of the most surreal experiences of my life.

Dodie66 · 08/01/2020 09:17

Congratulations 🙂

Disfordarkchocolate · 08/01/2020 09:23

Congratulations. Even after trying quite a lot over one Christmas I still did 5 tests before I believed that I was pregnant.

ec1993 · 08/01/2020 09:34

@K8113 congratulations! I'm so happy for you and I'm so sorry to hear about your Mum. Think of this as a gift from her 💕

I'm 26 and lose the equivalent to my parents in 4 years. My messages are always open if you want to chat.

Xxx

Sammyclaire22 · 08/01/2020 10:35

Told you! Not a fan of the digital as well as the battery runs out! (I've kept mine from my dd, makes me smile to see the line progression) hope you have a lovely pregnancy xx
