TWW - currently 6dpo!

Hey, I'm currently 6dpo and looking for some friends to pass this next week with as the TWW is a crazy time!! I'm at work tomorrow so that'll distract me but I'd like to test Friday when I'm 8DPO event though it's still very early... anyone similar? Merry Christmas everyone I hope we all get our BFPs!! Xx

Hey @Mrslane2019 I've been more tired this week and I also felt it around 7DPO, I'm 9DPO now and so far all tests are BFN! I feel like I've given up but I'm not out until AF arrives which for me is due Tuesday/Wednesday.... fingers crossed for all of us! Xx

The bottom test is the most promising I've had so far however I had this last cycle and AF arrived so not going to get my hopes up. I also took an OPK to compare the lines for visual reference. Both tests were taking at around 10pm.

I think the indent lines on these pregnancy tests are atrocious and I was upset at the false hope they gave me last month. However, I'm really praying it's my month and I hope tomorrow I get something if I test again!!

I’m 8 dpo today cramps seem to have gone but feeling tired and breastfeeding overnight was a bit more uncomfortable than usual, not sure if it’s anything or all in my head. Still hvent caved to testing, a couple of the literally like 7 apps I have been tracking in day to test on 2nd jan, af due 4th so hopefully I can control myself till then, in the meantime I’ll be hanging here hoping to see posts of more bfps/stronger lines and sticky babies all round! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Good morning everyone! I know I am way to early but I woke up and had to pee and I bought frer yesterday. Today I should be 10dpo
I tested and I got this faint line after 1 min of waiting.

I hope this line is going to darken soon 🙏🙏
How is everyone doing? Anyone else testing.
I have literally no symptoms. Very weird last month I had all symptoms. This month nothing.

@Sunshinexx95 congrats again! That’s a great line for 10dpo!! Have you got some more to take every second day and watch them darken?! Best wishes for a sticky and healthy baby!
I’m only 8dpo today so trying to hang in 4 more days, feeling all crampy, increased CM again, tired. Hopefully they’re all real feels and not in my head!

To be honest I have those cheap internet tests and they r not as good as the frer I actually did one before I did the frer and I got almost no line and got disappointed. But then I did frer and I could clearly see a line. But that could be because my period is not due until 6 days. So I have to wait few more days

I feel like I’m just sitting here waiting for AF now .... 14 dpo today! Due on tomorrow! I’ve had really quite strong cramps for about a week, Increased CM, the sorest boobs I’ve ever had and I’m literally so tired I can’t get up in the mornings which is so unlike me! However I did two FR Tests and both BFN on day 10 and 12 PO xx

I'm about to go and do a test but for some stupid reason I feel nervous about it! I think it's because I thought I had a faint line yesterday and if there's nothing there today then I feel like I'm out again for this month.

Bfns for me this morning 10dpo I think I'm done with testing now and I'll wait and see if AF turns up as it's just disheartening now xx

@AliSxo what did u use this morning for testing? Your pic below the bottom one there is a line I'm sure I could see one.

I'm 8dpo today and feel same as every other month trying, disappointed as we actually made an effort to dtd more in the hope it would work for us. Feel like I'm putting my life on hold on case I do get a positive but at the same time don't think it's going to happen so want to move on, so frustrating :-(

Hey Everyone! Hope it’s Ok to join the thread. I just joined mumsnet today as currently TTC our first child and driving myself insane!!

I’m literally the most impatient person in the world so although I’m only on cycle #2 - it feels like forever! It’s nice to know there are others in the same boat.

I’m currently 10DPO and AF is due on 4th Jan. I know this isn’t my month, I can feel AF making her way and tested this morning and got BFN.
I know that I need to just chill out as what will be will be but it’s super hard when you want something so bad!!

We bought our dog some baby grows earlier in the year after an operation and I found them yesterday whilst sorting through one of the bedrooms - I want them to be for a real baby so much. I literally cried!! (So dramatic).

Those who recently got their BFP - congratulations! How many DPO were you? And on what cycle of trying? Is there anything you can recommend for a novice like myself ?
I’m currently taking folic acid supplements and doing ovulation tests - is there anything else that might help?

Not only did I have a dream I was besties with Lewis Capaldi, and woke to the disappointment it wasn't real, I've also got a BFN on a FRER. I thought I saw something but think it might have just been the indent line. All a bit much for a Sunday morning! Haven't had any symptoms, any twinges or funny feelings I've just put down to too much food. Just gonna wait for AF to show on Wednesday :( I feel like such a fraud to be so upset by it all given that we're so early into the TTC process. Good luck to everyone else for this month xxx

Look at that for an indent, it came up straight away as it was going across the test screen, I did two tests just to be sure... bfns! Xx

Morning all, I also had a BFN this morning, AF is now nearly 2 weeks late

@AliSxo that's so frustrating. Don't think I'm going to bother with FRERs any more after my last one is used.
@Wintergal that's annoying, maybe make an appointment with GP if it carries on much longer?

Yeah I might have to though I only stopped the pill in Oct so might just be my body getting back to normal

So I tested again. 9DPO and a BFN on my frer this morning. It's so so hard. Trying to tell myself they catch fewer than 50% of actual pregnancies this early (4 days before AF is due) and if I test tomorrow there's almost a 70% chance of it catching a true pregnancy. I feel sick, my breasts are noticeably swollen, particularly my right so I'm all lopsided!, I tried to have a drink in the pub last night to keep up appearances and genuinely couldn't take more than two sips (not like me, I love my alcohol) and I haven't been able to drink coffee for three days. This has never happened before - if I'm not pregnant this month I am genuinely quite worried about what is happening to me!

I've just sat and had a good cry, I'm all out of FRER and tempted to buy more but also tempted to wait and see if AF shows up in the next few days and save the money!! Fed up, 10dpo and bfn this morning with the fucking worst indent! Hope everyone gets their bfp this month xx

@AliSxo sounds like a good cry was well needed! If u can manage to resist buying anymore that's sounds like the best plan!

I find seeing negatives depressing! If u can hold out until AF either it comes or it doesn't and u have a good chance of getting a true bfp.

Thanks @HugeAgeGap I've got to go to a baby shower today but I adore my friend who's having her baby so I wouldn't miss it. I needed a good cry just get it all out so I can get my make up on now and crack on 😂 xxxxxxx

@AliSxo hope you have a nice time today :-) it's funny as you don't know how many other women at the shower are also secretly in your position and feeling the same as you are right now! You are deffo not alone on this crappy time!!!
