How did you get your BFP?

After trying for 7 months, I'm finding the monthly testing and BFNs absolutely heart breaking.

After Christmas, I plan to completely change me eating.

What I want to ask is, how did it finally happy for you?

I've heard the basic, "just stop trying" a lot of people say it finally happens when they had given up?

But did you really give up?
I'm not sure how to have sex without thinking, "what's the date today? Am I ovulating?"
When AF arrives I understand that feeling of "I can't do this anymore". But this month I'll still be hoping..

I've looked into options such as using a syringe? To get the good stuff closer?
Has this worked for anyone?

I've tried using menstrual cups to keep the good stuff up there?

Tried all the positions.

I use apps and ovulation sticks,

I haven't tried tempting?

I tried pregancare but that delayed my period !

I've heard of other victims such as, COQ10, it's meant to improve egg quality but I might ask my GP about this one?

So yes, what has actually worked? Please tell me your stories and how long you were trying?

We were very lucky and I got pregnant after TTC first time. 26 at the time.

I know it's easy to say but let your mind relax a bit. I know how important it is to people of course but don't get too caught up in what date is it etc when you're meant to be unwinding at specific times.

Good luck and I hope you get your BFP very soon x

I would also recommend clear blue digital opks and coq10. I also took DHA supplement too. If you have a look on Luisa Zissman’s Instagram she has a section on trying to conceive which I found helpful.

Ditto for CoQ10, and forms that are water and fat-soluble absorb better.

I would wholeheartedly recommend investing in a clearblue advanced fertility moniter. Took all the stress away

Clear blue ovulation kit is excellent and combined with temping confirms if it's happened.

Temping also shows whether each stage of your cycle is long enough - so you don't want to ovulate too early as the womb lining possibly wouldn't be thick enough for implantation etc...

Acupuncture has been an absolute must for me each time too!
