I know I’m probably losing my mind in this two week wait but just wondering if anyone thinks this has any weight behind it.
I saw a post on glow that got me thinking about it so I checked my Fitbit.
I wear it everyday and I am relatively active I cycle to and from work each day.
My ovulation (took a test and got a peak) was on the Monday 11th CD20 we did the deed on the 10th. My heart rate has increased its average, its dropped back down today slightly.

Hey @Kona84 I'm pretty active too and have a Fitbit. On the month I had an EMC I noticed a marked resting HR rise. It got me really excited the following cycle but what I've realised is my RHR actually follows my core temp so it must change depending on where I am in my cycle. Hope it's not the case for you and you're into a bfp. X

I've been tracking mine for a couple of years. I see the climb for ovulation and decline for my period. It is clever... will add a picture

I think HR is influenced by so many other things it cant be relied upon a sign

I thought this, as noticed how much my resting heart rate had increased last month when I got a BFP. I unfortunately had a CP, but was fascinated as you can see how much it increased then dropped. I'm 5dpo and noticed its rising again but don't want to get my hopes up yet!

Resting heart rate increases after ovulation. Heart rate during activity isn't linked.
