Ovulation day - 2ww just starting

I'm apparently ovulating today according to peak clearblue yesterday and my apps.
I never used to have such a long luteal phase as it was only 10 days so having to wait for 14 is going to drive me nuts 🙈

Been quiet for a day or so whilst I sit the TWW out. Convinced AF will begin any moment because I've had AF cramps now since Monday. Have been to the toilet countless times now to check. Stupidly did a HPT this morning before work (I have tons of internet cheapies and the limbo between AF cramps and TWW was killing me a bit) and it was BFN. I'm 9dpo so I guess it's still early, but was hard to take. I've resolved not to test again until the weekend unless AF shows before. I have a 10-11 day luteal phase so I would expect AF tomorrow or latest Friday anyway. I got BFP with DS around 10dpo, but this month I just don't 'feel it'.

Treaclepie - sorry to hear AF has possibly found you Treat yourself to a glass of wine and a chill out tonight hun. It's tough going this emotional rollercoaster of TTC.

@Treaclepie19 OMG 😍 fab deal! What do you have for dinner tonight? I'm going to have a small vino with my pasta tonight because, life. If I am PG then I'll of wished I had a last little tipple and if not, then 🙄

@catsandkid babe honestly, the amount of women that have said they didn't feel PG but still got their BFPs lately is insane - and had BFNs after having all the symptoms. You're right 9DPO is still early, even with a short LP. I would test again on Friday with FMU is no AF by then. Try to stay positive and distract yourself between now and then! Urgh you're right, it's such a rollercoaster.

@Gigi318 tonight I'm doing an easy dinner! Still slimming world friendly. Homemade slimming world chips with quorn nuggets and mushy peas 😁 So I'll feel I've had a bit of a treat 😊

Can self refer for your booking appointment with a midwife @1121980a either by phone or online, that's what you do here, they won't let you make it until you're officially late for a period their criteria is a 28 day cycle may be different where you are? Many congratulations to you!! Xx

Keep taking your folic acid @ 1121980a until 12 weeks, I think I carried on taking them right through my pregnancy as my diet can be rubbish, look at certain foods to avoid, cut down on caffeine etc. Xx

Bought but I'm only 8dpo so don't think I'll use yet...

Tested- bfn 8 dpo. Think those clear blue 6 day ones are fairly accurate also.

Me again. I just read and those things should be used 5 days before missed period, not 6! That marketing is deceiving. Still think I'm out tho. Just saw gp for another reason but still asked for amh test.

@gigi32 CBs are not overly sensitive so definitely don't use it yet as it's very unlikely to show. I'd hold off until missed AF with that one! But don't worry, I bought this exact same one the first time 🙈 then being on here taught me all about the power of pink dyes!
Whoops! Then just saw you tested! Yeah ignore it all. They really are not that sensitive. Use a FRER - they're much better!!!

@gigi32 dont count yourself out at 8dpo. Most people cant get positives until much later :)
