Ovulation day - 2ww just starting

I'm apparently ovulating today according to peak clearblue yesterday and my apps.
I never used to have such a long luteal phase as it was only 10 days so having to wait for 14 is going to drive me nuts 🙈

@catsandkid amazinggg, anything?? I've heard two women wake up with cold symptoms for one day and then its gone and a week or so later... BFP!

I HAVE A SCRATCHY THROAT TOO!!! 😂
(Though my son is ill so y'know)

I actually did do a bit of frantic googling and apparently its a common early symptom However, the part of me that doesn't want to get excited keeps reminding me that I have a toddler who is generally a walking germ incubator so that's probably more likely!

I also have a ton of cm. I keep thinking my period has arrived early.

Hmmm I don't have tons but I do have some milky ewww. I do feel pretty rotten with this cold/throat though and dreaming about being back home in bed!

I've suddenly started having bad AF pains in the last half hour (unmistakable AF cramps!) so I'm now just waiting for AF to show up this evening now! Although would be quite a few days early though!?

I've just looked back at my pregnant cycle notes and none pregnant cycle notes and they're very similar. So I'm going to chill out and say it could go either way.
I'm not testing until next Monday so its ages to wind myself up if I carry on like this.

@Gigi318 just come to realize that it's something for me to do for me too! It's great to be able to be a stay at home mum, I don't think I'd have it any other way now! Be so good if we could all be together and test at the same time for morale support 😀 excited for us to test but scared, anxious to do it at the same time. Going to leave my tests where they are too and they'll be staying put! 😁

@Treaclepie19 either we are all catching the usual cold or... 🤞🏻🙊 hehehehe @catsandkid well you guys have little ones but I don't.... unless I blame my little puppy 😂🙊 and yes, lots of CM for me too! My cold is less like a cold and more achey shoulders and a heavy throat. The weirdest!

@catsandkid yes that would be early. A week early??? Maybe that's too early? Are you 7DPO?

@Treaclepie19 yesss, I've heard so many people say PG and AF can be so similar. So it's hard to know!!! Not that I've ever been PG!

@Lauraliverpool oh absolutely! It's nice to keep yourself occupied so you're still you and not just Mummy!!! And it can't hurt to just give it a go... you're doing it for fun now anyway! Oh absolutely. Just over a week to go for me now and I'm excited but nervous. I hate POAS, I don't think I'll ever get used to it. So nervewracking!!! I love the support of everyone on here though, so good when you're not telling anyone in real life!

Annnnnd I'm out! AF arrived 7dpo this time. Looks like I defo have a problem with short LP. I'm probably the only one on here that would love a 2ww! I envy your 2ww's!! Good luck to all of you, sending baby dust!!

What's your luteal phase length?
Mine used to be 9/10 but seems to have lengthened a little.

@Treaclepie19 This month was my longest LP of 7 days, average is about 6 days - no chance for anything to stick so rubbish. But chin up and onto the next cycle!

8 DPO today had a test in the press and stupidly did an early test !! Raging now because I got a BFN hoping to test again maby Friday or Saturday

@Gigi318 definitely is! It is nerve wracking, I'm trying not to think too much about testing. It is nice to have the support on here cause we're all going through this together. X

@Gurtie28 I'm sorry about af, I was told it's likely I've been having a short luteal phase cause my periods have been light and not lasting for long, I was put on projesterone pessaries, used them for 3 months as apparently you're not supposed to be on them for longer than that I don't know the reason why, was also told when I become pregnant to use them for up to I think like 16 week's. X

Interesting symptom spotting!! I've been waking up at night to wee the past few nights.
That definitely is a pregnancy thing... or maybe I've been drinking lots

I had my O last Wednesday (9th) so 6 DPO.
I’ve been feeling like crap the last few days I can’t tell if it’s in my head or genuine 🤷🏼‍♀️
Nauseous, normally not a lot makes me feel sick but the slightest thing turning my stomach
Really bad headaches
Aching in my hips
A scratchy throat
The TWW is literally killing me! I keep telling myself don’t think about it until the weekend, 1 hour later I’m googling symptoms!

Hey everyone, can I join too? This is our first cycle TTC. Currently 4DPO, I think. Never managed to get a proper positive on any of the one step tests so just going by my Fitbit app bu my cycle is pretty regular. No symptoms here apart from a really sore, scratchy throat too!

@rosie561 this is our first cycle too, we had a nightmare removing my coil and had to wait 6 months for an appointment to have it removed with a camera so even though it’s only our first cycle it feels longer!

@gigi32 are you sure chick. Only 7DPO so you never know and lots of people don't get symptoms. I'm not really finding any strong symptoms and definitely don't feel pregnant. Last month I felt very pregnant and had every symptom under the sun and nope... BFN 😂🙈

@Mrsmoore7718 hey chick, welcome. How are you today?? Hope that all means something? What cycle are you?? Is this baby #1?? Not many symptoms for me but last month I had everything and BFN 🙈 it really does play with your mind, doesn't it!!!

@rosie561 welcome to you too chick! Always good on the first cycle to see where you're at. When is AF due?? I don't have many symptoms either, feel a bit better today. Hurrah. Hard to know what it is wi thy it being pretty much winter 😂🙈
