Can I have symptoms this early?

I'm ttc my second child. BD four days ago, three days ago and today. Realistically probably ovulated three days ago.

Today I've felt terrible all day - dizzy, light headed and really queasy. Bad enough that I had to get off a bus as I thought I might actually throw up. I had a strong coffee this morning, which could be related, but it doesn't normally affect me like that.

With my first pregnancy I had early nausea about 9 days after ovulation, but I had spotting too, felt horrific and had an early miscarriage at about 5 weeks.

Second pregnancy (successful: I have a 2-year-old girl) I noticed the heightened sense of smell around the time of my missed period but I didn't get any nausea or other symptoms until about 7 weeks. So I figured the bad early nausea with the first was to do with the hormones rocketing up and then down as the pregnancy failed.

Could I really be experiencing true pregnancy symptoms so quickly? Or is this just wishful thinking? (I really want to be pregnant again, as we've been trying a while). Maybe I need to be told to calm down. Grin

I don’t know, I’ve heard people do! I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube though and apparently it’s progesterone dropping after ovulation! Symptoms usually occur once implantation happens which is after 6dpo and hcg starts to rise! Hope I’ve helped and good luck Grin
