Can't conceive

So I have a child from a previous relationship.
I also have PCOS, the pregnancy wasn't planned and was very much a fluke.
After being with my partner for 3 years and no conception we went to the doctors for further testing. It turns out partners has low motility. This hasn't changed and we've been together nearly 5 years.
My daughter is 6 and deep down I want another baby.
We aren't entitled to ivf, as I have a child from a previous relationship.
My partner wants a child too, but clearly it won't happen without a donor.
But the idea of having two children who aren't related to him biologically is upsetting to me.

Any advice on ways to either improve his motility or even talking about a donor.

If your DP isn't taking any supplements then he could start on a pre-conception multivitamin to ensure that he isn't lacking in anything. He could also do things like cut down on alcohol, stop smoking and maintain a healthy weight if any of these things apply x

There's a male conception drink from Superdrug that costs £40 that's supposed to work wonders (it's how my bil managed to father my dn)

Biocare ASC is is a really good supplement and a good quality co-enzyme q10 could help

We took FertilAid and that worked great. He can absolutely improve low motility by overhauling his diet and lifestyle. It depends on how much he’s prepared to do.

Private IVF with IMSI or ICSI. You don't need donor sperm, but you will need deep pockets.

Good luck!!
