That's true. But then the egg lasts 24 hours so it couldn't hurt for the morning, just in case. Hopefully he comes home tonight and fancies it then problem solved!

@gigi318 I know right!! I've been a right pain in the ass 🤣. I do love our bathroom and en suite though the tiles are lovely there.
OH hates dtd in the morning so that's definitely out the question 🤣. Hopefully he comes up and is in the mood as you say, that would be perfect but if not I'm just going to have to hope the once was enough 🤷. I knooow how mad is that!!! Love that it's been sooner this month. Last month I still had another week to go until I had my positive!

Ovulation pain again - don't think I can remember ever having it before

Shock... I woke up like 👀 at 4am. Again!!! But actually managed to drift back off at 5ish so I feel like a new woman!

@Hewie30 that's amazing. I love home stuff. I can't wait to buy so we can renovate. Well, actually I can in a way, because the process would drive me crazy. I'm so inpatient and hate research!
Oh shame, that's sort of like me and OH but the other way around. Did you DTD when he was home? But definitely my love, it only takes once 🙌🏻
It's so exciting. Whether it's the Pregnacare or being more relaxed, it worked. So so cool!!! How are you today?

Another flasher this morning, temp still all over the place (but I did take it earlier than normal after waking at 3 to go to the loo and not being able to get back to sleep - hadn't realised it was 3 when I took it).
So I've either missed my peak or I've ovulated later than last month

Got my first flashing smiley this morning! Never been so excited 😂 DTD last night and night before last so keeping covered.

I want to do more home renovations but we really want to move to a bigger house in the next couple of years. Tough as our area is quite pricey and nothing in the mid range so to speak.
We our putting wood flooring in our living room the first week of November though so excited about that 🤣

Hi ladies! I'm knackered, got back Wednesday around midnight (suppose technically it was Thursday already), went to work where we had an all staff meeting that heavily hinted at redundancies in the future, then went to the hospice to see OH's grandad who has deteriorated while we've been away. I just want to sleep for several days!

I did start doing CB OPKs yesterday morning again, figured it would be a good distraction at least. Not sure if we'll necessarily DTD around the "right" days but can't hurt to have some extra data about my cycles.

@Katie1109 Sorry your body is acting all weird, sending virtual hugs!

@claireb707 Wow what an exciting time for you, congratulations on the job and fingers crossed for this cycle working out, sounds like everything is falling into place!

@Hewie30 That's good to hear about your cycle, definitely sounds like it may have been the Pregnacare! Are you managing to stay relatively relaxed this cycle rather than tracking?

Morning ladies. My stomach is has been gurgling like crazy for the past 3 or 4 days. Still getting the odd crampy feeling. Shooting pains in one boob yesterday. Holding off testing again until Saturday. If I do not get a BFP within the next week I need to go to the doc as something is really not right then 😂

@Gigi318 I feel your pain. A) with the waiting and symptoms like CM etc and B) waking up at ungodly hours 😭😭😭

Also sneezing A LOT. That's just a random thing though I think lol

Hey girls, happy Friday 💜

Just wanted to update you @Katie1109 - doctors are not concerned about my light periods, it's only beeen the last few which have got lighter. She was really lovely and said as long as I'm regular, and having some type of bleeding she can't see any problems (I beg to differ but it has reassured me) 😂 she said sometimes we get so consumed on ttc that it can affect our cycles, even just subconsciously. I think that's so true!! The last few months I've been more obsessed so would make sense.

I've decided for me, that I'm going to take a break ttc for the rest of the year. DP and I are going to enjoy these few months being relaxed, I'm going to go back on my pill as I was also advised sometimes the surge of hormones when you do come off the pill can make you most fertile in the month or two after the pill, and would also maybe make sense as dp and I were very chilled in the earlier months, didn't know a thing or two about the dramas of TTC hahaha!! So I'm hoping I'll have a sudden surge when I come back off around Jan / Feb. I'll be popping on the thread every now and again and I really hope not to see any of yous on here after Christmas 🥰 xx

I'm CD 5 today, my ovia app says I will ovulate on Monday 28th and my Flo says Saturday 26th, so god knows when it will actually happen x probably on the 27th lol x I'm feeling ok, no issues. Just a bit drained emotionally, but it's Friday so few drinks should fix that. I have notice quite a bit creamy white CM, but not sure what this means at this stage.
How are you @Hewie30? Seems to me like you're covered for this one? Fingers crossed for you x

@Izzie94 thanks for the update hun x That has reassured me a bit, so hopefully there is nothing wrong with me too x I hope your relaxing time and going back on the pill will help out x fingers crossed for you and thanks again for update x

@Katie1109 we're so quick to stress ourselves out over it, I'm so bad with doing that so I really hope that's helped you feel better 😊 I have also read that red Raspberry leaf tea (or capsules) can help your lining if taken during the first half of your cycle. But not after you OV can trigger AF. So much easier said then done, but try not to worry, your body is just playing ttc tricks on you!! Happens to us all 😅 x x

Haha really? I don't think a lot of people are to be fair your just waking up! Unfortunately not, we just had a cuddle and went to sleep. Slightly gutted but at least I've covered myself on peak day. I googled people who got BFP from dtd once or dtd the day before ovulation and there are some success stories so that made me feel slightly better.
It's great that it's shorter this month, i defo need to remember to take my folic acid though as I have naturally lower levels.
I'm ok today, I don't feel too positive but I'm trying to change that mindset. How are you? How you feeling?

@claire707 Don't worry you might be ovulating a little later then last month. It can vary month to month 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@Raizelrea Yaaay welcome back! Sounds like you've got alot going on at the moment, I hope OH grandad is ok? How is oh? Your right hopefully opks will distract you a little bit. It's ways nice seeing the smiley face. You never know you might dtd and this be your month! It would be amazing to get a positive after such a testing month ❤️

@Lizziedu49 it's SUCH a waiting game isn't it. I am just hoping this CM isn't pre-AF spotting randomly early. It shouldn't be, but I can't help but worry 🙈

@Katie1109 oh you enabler you 🙊😂 No, I'll still wait until Tuesday I think. Because the CM is still there, I just want it to stop and then I can. They say wait 3 days until it stops to test, so if it stops today then the earliest is Monday/Tuesday anyway 🙈 I literally hate POAS it's so scary 😂🙈 so I am happy to hold off haha! Although nervous a bit too.

@Katie1109 no way babe! I still think you're PG. Honestly I do! Did the first day of bleeding start Monday? Was that when AF was due? I think you should test on Monday. I don't know, I just feel like something doesn't sound right 💖

CM is a little darker now. Like medium brown. I'm loosing my mind so googled IB again and calm. As it says women who haven't been PG before may spot for longer than those who've been PG. i just need to relax as I'm only 10DPO. I just hoped it would last one day. But this is firmly into day 2 now!

Still flashing smiley but wandfo opk definitely darker than yesterday

@Gigi318 yes it started Monday but my af was not due until Tuesday/Wednesday :( My ovia app says I ovulated on the 1st of Oct but my Flo app says it was 29th of Sept. So if I go by Ovia, my bleeding on Monday was 12DPO, if I go by Flo it was 15DPO. Ahhh so confused!! Yesterday there was nothing at all CM wise or bleed. This morning creamy white CM and early afternoon pinky watery discharge. I am so confused. No other symptoms though, boobs ok not painful at all. No cramps, just feel quite wet down there lol xsorry I know TMI x

@Katie1109 hahaha don't worry. Never TMI for me. I get it haha. It really doesn't seem like AF. I don't know 🙈 I feel like it could have been an odd bleed especially if you just feel normal. It's so weird. Especially the pinkish CM. I don't know what's normal for you but I don't think I get creamy CM until like CD9/10!! It kinda dries up after AF then goes creamy before watery over O time!!! Ohhhh our bodies are bizarre! 🙈
