First cycle trying, 3 days post ovulation.
How do you all cope with the TWW? My best friend rang me today to tell me she is pregnant with her second so it's almost to good to be true that it's worked for me first time 🤞🏻
I'll be testing next Sunday, want to wait the full 2 weeks incase of chemical pregnancy.

Massive congratulations @Lilsttc

6 days till due to test and just resisted the urge to run to Sainsbury's for a frer 🤣 I'm proud 😂

ItAllStartedHere · 30/09/2019 16:16

Congrats that's great news!!

Lilsttc · 30/09/2019 19:17

@MrsSokhi I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Sure, here it is.

September 5th to 9th AF
11th neg OPK — DTD
12th flashing smiley on OPK
13th flashing smiley on OPK — DTD
14th flashing smiley on OPK
15th am flashing smiley, pm solid smiley - DTD
16th pos on boots OPK, DTD
17th neg on boots OPK, DTD
18th DTD
19th DTD (haven't done it since, think we wore each other out haha)
20th to now really sore and heavy boobs.

Got faint line at 10dpo, been getting slightly darker since and had 2 digitals positive.

We did it slightly different to previous months, I think we were stopping too early and missing ovulation. But even tho I have my positives I'm sooo nervous, because I tested before AF due, terrified of a chemical buy only time will tell.

I didn't stop my smoking or drinking this month either, I just wanted to carry on doing normal things to prevent stressing over it. Have stopped now though 😂

Lilsttc · 30/09/2019 19:20

@Dafs123 well done, do keep resisting. I hate that I caved and tested so early, the next few days when AF is due is really worrying me! I'd rather not know now and test when she was late, oh well, we live and learn

@ItAllStartedHere thank you, I'm keeping everything crossed it sticks.

I swear I'm having cramps tonight so naturally panicking about that 😩

Dafs123 · 30/09/2019 20:11

@Lilsttc don't worry cramps are my main pregnancy symptom!!x

Lilsttc · 30/09/2019 20:14

Ooh that makes me feel a bit better ❤️

MrsSokhi · 10/10/2019 18:23

Hello everyone

How are we all getting on this month?
I have either ovulated yesterday or today as I've been having cramps all day today on my left side.

X

I have no idea what's going on with me @MrsSokhi Still no period in sight and deffo not pregnant. Since Tuesday I've had really light brown cm. sorry. But no idea why 🤷🏻‍♀️. I hope this is your month 🤞🏻🤞🏻

MrsSokhi · 11/10/2019 21:46

@ItAllStartedHere oh no :( it's so frustrating how long it takes, if I'd of known I'd of come off the pill a lot earlier than I did and then I'd know my cycles.
I'm a lot more chilled in this two week wait and have decided if it's not this month I'm buying a cb opk as I'm finding just checking my Cm is harder than I thought it would be.
Hope AF appears soon 🤞🏻 have you tried pregnacare before conception, it delayed my period but I carried on taking it and I reckon that's what helped my cycles get back to normal xx

ItAllStartedHere · 12/10/2019 17:01

@MrsSokhi I've been taking them for just over a month now. I thought that's what brought my period on in the first place. You said it delayed your cycle so perhaps that's what's happening to me.
I'd have come off the pill much sooner too, there needs to be more information available about starting a family after the pill.
You're attitude to it is spot on, I need to chill out a bit. I just feel guilty that my body is stopping us at the moment.

MrsSokhi · 12/10/2019 19:24

@ItAllStartedHere I was exactly the same two months ago don't worry, and I was convinced something was wrong when my period didn't come for 49 days but after 10 years on the pill and very light flow it's no wonder, your uterus needs to rebuild. Keep on taking the vitamins they have really helped me I have now swapped to seven seas due to them being cheaper and suitable for pregnancy xx

ItAllStartedHere · 14/10/2019 06:52

@MrsSokhi thank you so much. That's really reassuring. It can feel like so much pressure and I need to (try and) relax. I'll keep on with the vitamins and just logging what I can on my app. Hopefully it'll start to even out soon. Good luck.

MrsSokhi · 14/10/2019 07:43

@ItAllStartedHere no problem, my friend who is training to be a mid wife said to me have a goal to be pregnant by say end of next year or something and since she said it it took the pressure off.
I was hoping for Christmas but what will be will be. Hope AF arrives for you soon and you get that bfp xx

OP posts:
ItAllStartedHere · 20/10/2019 07:12

@MrsSokhi hey. How are you getting on this month? My period has finally arrived! Woohoo. Not getting my hopes up for anything but at least that's one in September and October now.

MrsSokhi · 20/10/2019 09:50

@ItAllStartedHere BFN for me this month unfortunately but I wasn't holding out.
I buying some clear blue ovulation tests today, just going to use them for a month or two so I can pin point when I'm ovulating. They are offer at boots at the moment so thought why not.
Waiting on af to appear then it's ok to the next one xx

MrsSokhi · 23/10/2019 10:06

@ItAllStartedHere thank you and thank you for staying in touch. I honestly thought it would have been negative I had no zero symptoms apart from cramping but it wasn't like period cramping it was different.
I couldn't believe it when it came up
Good luck and keep me updated xxx
