Hey guys, anyone starting the TWW? I'm only 1dpo, due AF around 19th September. Anyone in the same boat??

@gigi318 hey girl, I'm good thank you how are you? Well counting that Friday as cycle day 1 I must be CD 8 now. I think we are going to start from now because we haven't done it since fw last month lol so starting now till next sunday BD crazy! 🤣 I'm just getting anxious because of all that cervical mucus that was with the blood I'm scared that was some sort of weird ovulation? So hoping I do ovulate this week, I'll be looking for EWCM for sure! Defo want the relaxed approach after too but luckily I'm going Ireland on the 12th and then Italy the week after! So lots to keep busy then I have another fw end of october literally as i come back from Italy lol so get straight back to it if needed hah!

@Ellsbells112 oh that's good, chick. Yes hopefully FW is coming up. My OH may be away for a bit of my FW and he is already get frustrated at me mentioning it so I am literally not going to say anything to him about it now! And just see what happens 🙈 that's good. Lots of things to keep your mind off it all. Love it when you can time trips well like that 🙌🏻 I'm doing well, I've just been tired. CD5 now so won't be long and I'll get started too! Not going to plan anything, just going to relax and see what happens I think 🤞🏻

@Gigi318 oh god it's hard not to want to plan it though right? I get nervous when I start babbling about the days we need to do it lol but it is what it is! We have a week out of a month its hard not to obsess 🤦‍♀️ as you said just relax and hopefully it'll turn out okay fx for you x
I just want to do it every day till sunday it's a shame me and him just cant do that lmao I might wyatt getting him to give me samples!! 🤣🤣🤣🤦‍♀️

@gigi318 hey!! Sorry I wondered why everything was so quiet my bad hun I thought I got back to you! How are you?? I've been doing opks twice daily since Saturday but no positives yet and no EWCM since the bleed. Hopefully see something soon. What about you? Xx

@Happymumma29 yes! So CD1 is the first day of AF. Yay. We are similar. Do you know roughly when you ovulate? I'm thinking mine will be Monday/Tuesday. But who knows!

Hey ladies
I didn't post much at the end of last cycle as I joined quite late. I didn't conceive last month though and I'm now starting again this month so would be lovely to join in with the regular chat this time and craziness of the TWW with you all.
I am currently CD8 and my last two cycles have been 24 days and 25 days so I should hopefully ovulate around this weekend. I'm not using OPK's currently just trying to DTD as much as poss in the next couple of weeks and hope for the best. Fingers crossed for us all this month xx

So the dreaded AF has been and gone CD 8
Fertile week is less than a week away.

I'm so much more chilled this month, I will not symptom spot, I'm not testing unless missed AF.

I'm on a health kick, smithies for breakfast - salads for lunch.......

Hopefully 3rd months a charm......

@Gems7 welcome back, chick! I'm CD10 so just ahead of you. My cycle is 28-30 days so I think I'll be O on Monday. But we shall see. I usually have pain and EWs so keeping an eye out for those. But, like you, I'm also just aiming to DTD as much as possible. I don't think I'd ever want to use OPKs, but who knows! How are you feeling?

@ForGoodnessCake hey chick, how are you? Amazing, I'm two days ahead of you and think O will be Monday. But CM is watery atm so it could be any day now. DTD regularly to cover myself!
Glad you're feeling chilled out - I'm the same. Symptoms spotting proved utterly useless last month so I shan't do that again. A friend said that the body releases progesterone post-ovulation and symptoms can be the same for AF or PG until around 10dpo, I think (or something like that) so it's essentially useless to symptom spot until then. And I'm going with that 🤣 I will also test on time. Probably when AF is due on the day after. So 23rd or 24th.
And three is my lucky number, so 😏🤞🏻💫

@Gigi318 we used OPKs last month and it was quite useful to know exactly when :)

And i am doing okay thanks - nearly 6 weeks and feeling exhausted!

@ForGoodnessCake good to get healthy! I've been trying lol but I've had the flu all week it's been horrid.

I'm CD 13 now...no EWCM yet, opks are negative but I should be ovulating around this time? 🤷‍♀️ I'll give it to the end of the week! Getting my scan done tomorrow morning just to make sure everything is okay with my ovaries after the pain I had a few weeks ago so I'm hoping that can also show when or if I'm ovulating!

@Anny27 oh really? Did you use ICs or branded? Did you find you ovulated earlier or later than you had expected, at all? Very interesting to know. I just worry that I'd obsess using them, I really just want to try and relax as much as possible. Although not ideal that OH is away CD16-17 this cycle! But what shall be shall be!
Oh I can imagine, love. How are your symptoms? Sick yet?? Yes please do, I love to hear how you're getting on. Hopefully I won't be too far behind you! Whens your EDD?

@Gigi318 i actually ovulated 2 days earlier! And i am glad we used to opks because it meant i dtd before i was going away from dh for two days! Otherwise we would have probs waited till i got back. And i just ised internet cheapies twice a day (my peak doesnt last very long)

I had some nausea then it went but still have the sore boobs and i gag sometimes when eating....oh and nosebleeds....apparently they are an early pregnancy thing too haha. Edd is 31st may :)

@Anny27 that's handy to know. I'm covering my bases as much as I can. Minus when OH is away. So fingers crossed we will catch 🤞🏻 I feel like if we just go for it, something should happen 🙊 although maybe I will consider them in the future!

That's what I'm doing as who knows 🤷‍♀️🤣🙊 I'm glad you're enjoying it. I am too, definitely makes it better than thinking you have to! Exciting to have the scan, just to be sure. Is the CM watery or sticky? May not be EWs but sticky is a good sign!
