Hey guys, anyone starting the TWW? I'm only 1dpo, due AF around 19th September. Anyone in the same boat??

@Robbo93 can't help but thinking I still may see a shadow on my test. No I know evening wee isn't good at all especially when I've spent half the day in the Loo haha 😂

Morning, no good news this morning. Had that awful white line again (think I may have a dodgy batch of tests) the dye whilst going across turned it pink then straight to white and now nothing ☹️ ahh I guess I will just wait for AF to get me. But I'm counting myself as out.xx

I'm guessing the test I did yesterday must have been a dud, done a FRER this morning and no 2nd line 😪

@Gigi318 ah it's so hard to stay positive. Today if my app is right. I know it's not over until she arrives. Just hard to believe I would be after another negative test right when she's due.
@Robbo93 ah no way, I bet your even more confused than ever. Or maybe try another test this evening as I have read somewhere that it doesn't always need to be fmu because sometimes the evening one has higher levels of hormones in some people xx

@Mich2020 I am so, so confused! If this is my period then it's so light compared to normal I just don't get it 😖

@Robbo93 oh no! Have you had any of your usual AF symptoms? Or has there been anything that could have maybe affected your period this month?

@Mich2020 I can imagine my love. But if she doesn't arrive, you can still get a BFP in like a week. See how the day goes. Do you feel like she is coming today? Or nothing?

@Gigi318 no, nothing that I can think of? I've had lower back ache which I don't normally get and some cramping & nausea spells .. I don't normally get any symptoms for AF to be honest, maybe tender nipples a couple of days before? X

@Gigi318 ahh I won't be waiting a week haha 😂 no not really anything I usually get the worst boobs and they swell up and become really tender. Nothing just slight ache and my nipples are a bit sensitive. Have had lower backache for a while but doesn't feel any different. I will try and grab some more tests on Friday if she doesn't arrive by then xx

@Robbo93 yes sounds so strange. Symptoms do sound like they could have been a BFP. Hopefully the bleeding stops soon. It's so strange, isn't it!

@Mich2020 hehehe I just mean that its taken some testing every day to get the BFP a week after. Yes Friday sounds perfect as gives you a bit more build up if so. I wish our bodies wouldn't taunt us 😢

@Anny27 that's not a bad thing. Not everyone gets symptoms. Keeping my 🤞🏻 for you. When are you testing?

Although I should really learn to throw these negative tests away after 10 mins. Cuz I spend a lot of time just staring at them and making myself believe there's a faint line haha 😂 xx

@laur89 hiya! Yes I did . Bfn. I'm CD 33. My cycles have been 27,27,31,29 so it's my longest cycle so far! I'm going to try and relax and enjoy the break from the pressure of ttc. Will test again next week if AF still isn't here!

I'm gonna see what my downstairs is like throughout today, if it gets heavier and stays reddish I'll accept it's the weirdest AF in my history lol, if not then I just don't know what to think 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've got a gynaecology appt at the end of Oct for a different matter, but I will casually slide in to conversation about potentially having too short of a lutuel phase...

@Mich2020 exactly, if no AF just yet then you're still in the game! I'm testing Saturday morning! Not long to wait now 🤞🏻

@CarolineKate awww man, a BFN! But still no AF so that's something 👌🏻 good idea to just relax and retest if AF still doesn't show. Hurrah!

Soo.. another update (sorry if you're now sick of seeing my name)

Saturday (6/7 DPO): Smallest drop of blood mixed in with EWCM
Sunday (7/8 DPO): Starting spotting, not much, but got more towards late evening - pink and watery
Monday (8/9 DPO): Spotting, but hardly anything, pink & watery, sometimes with an orange tint
Tuesday (9/10 DPO) (Potential CD1): Spotting, although a bit heavier, nothing on pad all day, only when I wipe - sometimes with a red tinge but not as vibrant as normal AF tested positive? on a sainsburys stick.
Wednesday (10/11 DPO) (Potential CD2): Spotting light, back to pink, nothing on pad (for now) tested negative on a FRER.

Anyone?

@Robbo93 never sick, chick - that's what we're here for! It does sound like it could be IB? Do you usually have a short luteal phase? Is AF due today/yesterday? I don't know much about IB but I've heard it lasts 2-3 days and is very light, not enough to fill a pad?

@Gigi318 I have been having a short lutuel phase but period usually comes fairly heavy and bright red with clots .. that's why I'm so confused this time x

@Robbo93 our bodies are so hard to understand sometimes. I say hang in there. If still BFN after a week (obvs feel free to test in between etc) then you may want to write it off and swap to opks if you're using them and no longer bleeding?
