BFP on FRER 30mins after test taken....

Yes, although has it gotten a little darker in real life? I wouldn’t worry too much about the darkness though on the cheapies because they aren’t as sensitive as other tests, just wondering because I can’t bring up the first test full screen to have a proper look. I’m awake becuase of the rain here and trying to stop myself from getting up and testing this early! X

@LittleRedSocks Hey, hope you managed to drop off. The rain was awful last night and the wind. Our shed blew open and frightened me to death. I was rummaging around in the bin trying to compare my tests last night but gave up. I found a slightly more expensive cheapie this morning and did that with fmu. I feel like I'm satisfied that there is a second line. I just want to get a really strong response and a really dark line, probably to confirm my levels are getting stronger. X

That looks like a strong line! When is you AF due again? When does Asda open?
I tested again...I think it’s lighter and just think in my gut that this will be another CP. if the lines don’t get darker today/early tomorrow I guess I’ll have my answer xx

@LittleRedSocks I'm collecting the shopping at 11 so will try and hold off until tomorrow for the best response and use FMU.
I am 10 days late. I'm a bit confused though, I only have my last pregnancy to go off and at the stage my HCG levels were really strong 3 days after my missed period. I think I must have ovulated late this time so not sure when I conceived.
I wouldn't write anything off, it's still early doors for you! I will be keeping everything crossed that you see the result you want. Xx

Got this this afternoon so for now all would seem ok...@Pip231018 if you are so late for AF, I would imagine a frer would show up at anytime of day? For me, FMU is actually the least best for me to test with! X

PS I’m only 11dpo, AF meant to be this Wednesday xx

I know, I think you are right. I probably could do it now, I've drank absolutely loads of water and I'm worried it'd be diluted. I'm gonna hold off until tomorrow because I took another cheapie before and it was barely visible - I'm tormenting myself. Last time FR was very bright in the morning, so I'm hoping for the same strong line.

I’ll hopefully join that thread 🤞just going to wait till at least AF date comes and goes! Off to bed now (knackered!!) but here is a pic of my 11dpo 2pm test and 7pm test (a little darker, yay!). Hoping it’s going to keep getting darker - it’s so far darker than any of the CP’s of recent months! Xx

@LittleRedSocks after I got past the time I started bleeding and the tests were darker than they had been with the chemical. A few days later I managed to get my dr to do a blood test, had one Friday another Monday and it rose from 159 to 759 so that was when I stopped worrying :) booked a very early scan and we saw a heartbeat :)
Yours is looking really promising and I'm keeping everything crossed for you!
I'm 10 weeks 2 days now time has flown but feeling pretty rubbish so can't wait to start to feel more human 🙈

Oh I’m so glad for you @Abi58! Your twelve week scan won’t be too long coming round and hopefully you’ll feel better soon! I had really bad morning sickness with DD1 and it’s no fun - even though you tell yourself you are glad to be having symptoms! Xxx

That's exactly it! I'm glad to be feeling something reassuring but at the same time I'm struggling everyday. Sick in the morning then nausea gets worse throughout the day and haven't managed an evening meal in weeks. I've been dizzy as well which has thrown me and makes the sickness worse lol. Trying not to complain but it's tough when it's 24/7 🙈

According to my LMP then I am 5+1 so will try and test less now. Last time I tested the day I went for a viability scan to make sure I wasn't wasting anyone's time.
When I went for the scan I was 7 weeks but dated at 6 with a heartbeat. Have already started looking at early scans for this time around just for reassurance. X

My hat to your GP to see if he can refer you to your loca EPU for scans instead of spending £ on private scans xxx

@LittleRedSocks ah that's a good shout. I might just turn up at EPU and see if they will scan me (they told me I could last time) x

Ok I really have to stop testing so much, and trust that it’s as sticky as can be right now....? 7pm wee (god I’m classy) and 12dpo today xxx

I'd stop testing so much now. Even if it's every other day or once a week. You have to do what you feel is right. X

I took a cheapo one and got strong result on that this morning. It's a bit faded now but it's the result I want. How about you? X

Oh I’m doing my usual wasting money on frer’s 😂 so far so good but I’m rationing myself now because obviously I don’t want p be wasting so much money but it has been keeping me reassured xxx

@LittleRedSocks I'm probably gonna nip to B&M and buy a couple more of their pregnancy tests, like 2 for £2.99. They are pretty good. I still have a FR left but will keep it until after I get back from holiday - Just to check everything is alright after the flight. It's weird how there is a hierarchy of pregnancy tests. Like I'm keeping this one for best! Ha! X
