How do you know if it's right to have a third?

Dh and I are 38 and 31 respectively with a 9yo and 5yo. We keep flitting between going for and going off the idea of a third. The negative reasons far outweigh the positives so I know I should follow head not heart but I'm finding it hard. Anyone else toying with the idea, do you regret your decision?

Positives:
I'm broody as hell!
I don't feel "done".
Still young and was fortunate to fall first time both times.

Negatives:
A third set of school fees would be really tight and don't want to compromise the girls' education.
I had to have reconstructive surgery/prolapse repair after Dd1.
Elcs after dd2 so would require this option again.
I had postnatal panic disorder after dd2, still suffer with health anxiety.
Would need bigger car.
Finances would be tight with me not working full time.

On paper, I've answered my own question haven't I

If you don't feel like your family is complete yet then go for it! Financially it will be a strain but you'll manage, people always do. Regret is a terrible thing that will stay with you forever, you don't want to look back in years to come and think 'what if'. Go with your heart x

I was going to say go with your heart, but then I read your Negatives. In your shoes I'm not sure I would.

I had a third, it was like an itch I had to scratch. No regrets at all, but I had no health issues, we had a big enough car already & we'd decided not to educate our DC privately so financially we could manage. I did find it hard at first though, and I got PND which wasn't fun. But it was still worth it.
