@lozzlepop oh she’s been a complete bitch alright, I’m in so much pain too, counting down until I can next take paracetamol!! Don’t know what was going on with her this month!! DP has been informed - he thinks I’m mental but he said he will do as I say 😂😂 going to use the CB OPKs alongside it so if I don’t get my BFP next month I don’t know what will!! Well done for going to the gym I haven’t been in about 6 weeks 😂

@whatsthecraic91 Oh no really? There’s nothing worse than unbearable pain, have you got a hot water bottle to ease the cramps? Haha I like his style, as no questions and do the business in hand lol! I won’t lie it was a struggle as it was super hot in the gym but we powered through 💪🏻

@lozzlepop yea I don’t usually suffer like this but I would get the odd heavy one which this is turning into 😓 I’m currently in the Chinese so going home to scoff it & have a bath & then chill 😍 I think the every other day will be the easy part it’s the 3 in a row will be a challenge!! At least you have it over now and can enjoy your weekend!

@Lemonysherbet we're the same, we only DTD once during our fertile window and DP when stressed loses his sex drive, he's been really stressed but did have much more EWCM this month. Only needs once so fingers crossed this is your month

@MrsH497 if there's one thing I'm learning through ttc is that you really can't rely on symptoms - they could go either way. Fingers crossed it's a good month for you! Try another IC to check the lines? Looks promising!

@ELW85 oh enjoy! I can't wait to see the lion king! Also- my thermometer arrived today! I'm going to be all over it this month! Thank you (and @LokiCat) for the recommendation! When am I suppose to start temping? I've google it and am still none the wiser!

@LokiCat the weather was so changeable in london when I left - not much better in wales! Rain and sun intermittently!

@Anny27 I can almost never notice EWCM until a few days after ov. And even then it's hardly anything.

@Lozzlepop We've used the half day to travel to the welsh countryside- almost there! Really looking forward to it!

AF arrived for me today. Feel much better about everything now. Ready to throw everything at this month - thermometer arrived today. Have to work out how to use the bloody thing now!

@Larrydavid how long are your cycles normally? I started AF yesterday so we will be on similar journey this month

@imjustme2019 AHH thanks for sharing that because I often feel like the only one. It's a mix of stress and shyness for us and just getting out the habit. We went to sex therapy a couple of years back and it helped but we've almost reverted back. Just needs time and lots of massages I guess 😄

🤣 I hardly had any ewcm this cycle, used the conceive plus once or twice in the FW tho, 0-100 in 5 seconds, dh was impressed 🤣

@Lottiepink I'm going to be good and leave it until next week. I've had an evap on a frer (took it apart in total frustration and binned it) looked next day and pink line so I am wary I have to say.

@Larrydavid I really try not to pay attention to "symptoms" as I didn't really have any before I found out I was pregnant

@Larrydavid i have the femometer too and its great! Super easy. I started as soon as i got it so i think any day or wait untill day 1 of next cycle :)

Date night was awesome and I now want to go to Africa - @LokiCat I may be picking your brain for ideas after your trip!

@Larrydavid - sorry AF turned up. It’s shit. But you could start temping from today? Basically, keep it beside your bed, put it in your mouth as soon as you wake up and then open the app. It’ll do the rest :)
Try and make sure it’s the same time every morning (or within half an hour) and after at least 3 hours of consecutive sleep.
If you get up for the toilet at 5am but your alarm goes off at 6, it’ll mess your readings up.
So what you’re looking for is a relatively low pre-Ov temp (usually in the 36s) that rises post Ov (usually 37s). You might not notice a massive rise straight away, only about 13% of women see a vertical temp rise a day after Ov, so don’t worry that there’s a problem!
If you need help with interpreting charts, or anything give me a shout - I’m not a doctor but happy to help if I can!

@Lemonysherbet think I’m also 9DPO, totally with you on the symptom spotting. Tried to feel for cervix earlier - could barely reach it so maybe that means it’s high?! Would it be easy to reach if low? I’ve no idea about open or closed, or if it’s hard or soft, so confusing. And CM seems to be creamy rather than watery but there’s a fair bit of it. Didn’t notice any EWCM this month. I don’t know what any of it means! This is torture!

@ELW85 ahhh thanks for the advice! I'm on a deflating air bed this weekend at a friends house so I'm not sure the reading will be accurate but I'll start ASAP. @flossy12 about 29days. What about you? 👯 I knew I wasn't pregnant this month - I could just tell AF was coming - even though I had what could be considered pg symptoms. I'm hoping I'll be more chilled in the coming months.

I've just been for a three hour hike and am feeling better - Mitch better than the last couple of days. The build up of hormones before AF really do suck and it's so good when they go. Hope you're all having great weekends x

Today my DP has agreed to stop using protection! We were waiting until we had a ££££ saved to make sure we were ready financially after buying a house last year.

So i'm currently on day 2 of my cycle and then we officially 'start trying'.

@lottiepink very gentle cramps, but I get these sometimes anyway so I probably shouldn't read into it.
@sunshine8888 I've never felt for my cervix, I wouldn't know where to begin! I've only really dabbled with opks, mainly to understand my cycles, I get obsessed with things so trying to "take it easy" and not get too in control with it all. I dunno how long it will last 😂

@Lemonysherbet and @Sunshine8888 I think i’m A day ahead at 10dpo. My temp dropped right down today. This usually happens then my AF starts but so far nothing. Had some gentle cramps so although I’d like to believe it’s implantation dip I think i’ll soon be out this month 😬

How exciting @TTC100819, are you going to use OPKs/ monitor temp or just see how things go for a while?

This is my first month properly trying since my ectopic in December, I'm only 2 DPO, it's going to be a long two weeks!!
