I’ve been a little quiet on here as we are without internet or phone signal in our new house and work has been too busy to spend time on MN in the day 😬
@larrydavid I temp and find it helpful to have a better idea of actual ovulation. I’m still getting to grips with OPK and at least temps going up confirms that I am ovulating. The thermometer that @LokiCat recommended definitely looks good. You do need to have one that goes to two decimal places or it’s hard to work out the exact date.
@whatsthecraic91 sorry about AF but hopefully this month will bring the positive!

@Larrydavid - I’m very well thank you! Looking forward to a date night with DH tomorrow and then a rare weekend together, so I couldn’t be happier!

Thermometer wise, I can’t recommend the Bongmi Femometer enough - @LokiCat pasted a link to it.
It’s really sensitive and does all you need, and the app features like interpreting your OPKs are fantastic!
@LokiCat - I’m really pleased you’re happy with yours! I do feel like I should be on commission for them but I promise I don’t work for them, haha!

When you record a BFP, it turns into a pregnancy app too which is helpful, but I’ve stopped temping now as I was just reading far too much into it!

@LokiCat I was the exact same!! Said we wouldn't try this cycle due to certain circumstances but that all went out the window 😅 and last few days I've been symptom spotting like crazy even though I'm trying to be all cool 😎

@LokiCat currrently waiting for the ttw, obviously I know it's very early days but doesn't stop me from hoping 😂 af due this week too, I've got all the symptoms but no sign of it just yet

Ladies some advice please!!

Spotting Monday/Tuesday - like literally a couple of times after the toilet.

Yesterday afternoon I though AF was here, a lot of blooo when I wiped, haven’t even marked a pad & have had nothing since. Now I am thinking this isn’t AF? Really unusual for me to spot like this and when AF starts she starts with a good flow.

Should I take a test again? My body is all over the place I don’t know what’s happening!!

@whatsthecraic91 that’s strange! is the blood bright red or more brownish?

@sunshine8888 it’s was all like dark brown discharge until last night were it was like really dark red and I thought it was AF but it’s gone again, don’t know what to think!

Thanks for the love ladies. Still feeling meh. Works so stressful. Must just be my mid cycle moodiness taking over.

@whatsthecraic91 sorry to say but it could be AF? The last few months I've had the same where once it happened for like 10 days and I never had it before but now it's happened the last 3 cycles and each time it turned it AF. Fingers crossed for you it isn't though.

@Larrydavid I know when doing SMEP it advises to DTD for 3 consecutive days after a positive OPK , I'm guessing that's to cover all bases in case the OPK was slightly off. If you're still getting EWCM then keep DTD! Exhausting at times though 😆

I'd love to temp but I wake up frequently in the night to pee so wouldn't get an accurate reading. I also use Femometer only to upload photos of my OPKs to catch how long I peak for (sometimes 2 days) and how long I remain high for also.

I'm flying up to Aberdeen tomorrow (used to live there) to catch up with some friends but not looking forward to the thunderstorms they're gonna have! ⛈

@Kiza this is the first time this has ever happened to me so I really don’t know what to think! Gonna rest on Saturday morning again to rule it out. How did you log these types of AF, did you take the first day of spotting as CD1?

@whatsthecraic91 I don't want to get your hopes up, but could it be implantation bleeding? As I know you weren't completely sure when you had ovulated.. Fingers crossed it's a positive sign.

@Makingawish What a beautiful line for 10dpo, congrats again! What was your DP's reaction to the light box?

So been having a feel for my cervical position today, it was quite high that I could hardly feel it and really soft.. hope that's a good sign! Still have very sore boobs, as well (as you can see my attempts to stop symptom spotting is going well!). So glad it's Friday tomorrow!!

@whatsthecraic91 @Maria90 @LokiCat thank you! I couldn't believe how strong it was for 10DPO in the afternoon too! DH was made up! He said he already had a feeling because my boobs felt different. I was like "do they?! News to me!" Still feels very surreal atm! 😊🤞

@LokiCat I’ve been trying to feel for cervical position as well and monitor CM changes but I just have no clue! What is odd is that I’ve had an insanely high sex drive the last three days, I’ve never known anything like it! Like actual tingles down there 🙈 what is going on?! On CD22 and totally confused 😐

@LokiCat AF is already here 😢😩 on to cycle 4 we go x

@LokiCat suppose it could be implantation bleeding, I haven’t DTD since 28th July though don’t know if that makes a difference! Going to wait til Saturday to retest, if it’s BFN I’m going to take this as a super light period!

@Lozzlepop I have a half day tomorrow too - I'm so looking forward to it! I'm good - feeling a little deflated with ttc but I know it'll pass as soon as I'm properly into next cycle. It's definitely a bit of a rollercoaster. Enjoy Florence! I love seeing her live!

@Kiza We did it for an extra day when I saw EWCM - we were also swimming a lot. I read somewhere that you should swim during fw though of course that could be nonsense (or I washed them all away 🙈🙈🙈) Enjoy Aberdeen!

@whatsthecraic91 when is AF due? I noted mine down as spotting rather than first day of period as my period came on properly around the right time but the 10 days of ultra light spotting beforehand was so worrying!
