After miscarriage advice?

So I had a miscarriage at 5/6 weeks on 21st may, bleeding fully stopped 2nd june and had negative tests from 3rd june, symptoms all stopped within a few days of the miscarriage starting.

I had brown very light spotting 23-25 june, literally spots. As I was going on holiday 24 june, I didnt bother taking any tests as I thought my period was starting. But the spotting just stopped.

I then got some very random symptoms again while I was away, nausea, stomach cramps, insane heartburn and extreme tiredness. On my way home from the holiday yesterday I vomited in the car.

When I got up this morning I tested and stark negative and opk's were quite pale. The problem is I have no idea where I am in this cycle, it's been nearly 7 weeks since the miscarriage started and I am so confused what is going on!

Has anyone got any advice or experience? (Please ignore the ovulation window shown in green below, I used opk's before I went away on 24th and never got a positive, also had no fertile cm)

Hello you. All I can say is - prepare for your cycles and periods to be totally different to before. I tend to bleed for three days, nothing for a week and then period comes back. My miscarriage was in March.

I agree with Sophie. There is no normal until your body adjusts. I was 9.5 weeks before my period came.

I'm sorry for your miscarriage it's a difficult loss and take time for yourself.

Here to chat anytime also.
