@mumof1hants thank you I thought it looked positive too. I hadn’t heard of that app so have now downloaded it thank you.

Typical my husband is away tonight and we have only dtd twice in the fertile period this month so not holding out much hope.

How’s everyone doing? Holding out on testing anyone?

@Nell90x welcome. So sorry to hear of ur max. Baby dust to u this month!

@June1987 how was the analyser on the app? I find it helpful! Annoying about DH being away but don't lose all hope. I have a friend who only DTD once during fertile period, 4 days before O and she's 10 wks pg!! I'm still in the mindset I will test on Monday when af is late... hoping I don't cave on Sunday! X

@clolo thank u! I appreciate it. So last month I started chap OPKs. I think they were 50 for about £7 on eBay (the one step ones). I did them day and sometimes twice a day but we are on holiday so hard to test sometimes so I tho k I missed the surge. I got a near positive one day then a faint line the the next and the following days. We did DTD every day but we weren't successful.

This month I temped too... I'm no expert but I think my chart shows I ovulated at cd14 (in line with my EWCM & OPK too)... however the FFapp seems to think it was cd12 based on my data... think that's because I missed a couple of days where I'd had a glass of wine or taken the temp slightly earlier/later. We'll see I guess!? X

@mumof1hants sorry for jumping in on your message but I have had the same with the one step OPKs. Last month was my first month testing so thought I had missed it but I had the same this month when I was able to test more each day and they've been getting more and more faint since my "nearly positive". I've decided that my nearly positive is my positive 🤷🏼‍♀️

mumof1hants · 25/06/2019 21:37

@Louise190 don't apologies, I'm glad you jumped in!
I think they're quite sensitive and u have to get the exact moment right?! I got AF exactly 14 days after I thought the positive was so best guess was the best I could do!
Now if it gets close then goes lighter I test a few more days then assume I missed it x

@clola welcome and 🤞🏻 for you

@June1987 sorry to hear about your friend💕

mumof1hants · 25/06/2019 21:45

@Abi58 im not too bad trying to keep busy to keep my mind off it all 😂 how are you?

Welcome newbies!!!

Abi58 · 25/06/2019 22:08

@mumof1hants 😂🙈

@tiredmoma aw the wait is awful 🤞🏻 Ymir goes quickly for you
I'm ok thanks, my tests seems to be getting more defined so I'm feeling better, going to see dr on Friday to talk and hopefully get a beta blood test 🤞🏻

June1987 · 25/06/2019 22:37

@Abi58 yes I think it’s positive too. We dtd yesterday and 4 days ago but my hubbies away tonight so won’t be able to until tomorrow again.

@mumof1hants good luck with the test and hold out it’s only an extra day. I know harder said than done.
Thanks for the reassurance. The app says it’s positive just got to hope twice and once after is enough.

Does anyone else think they ovulate differently to what apps etc predict? I know with my son I was over a week further behind than I thought and I’ve noticed I think I’m ovulating later than they predict this time too.

mumof1hants · 25/06/2019 22:41

@June1987 at least you have confirmation now and you've DTD in fertile window. Don't forget a positive OPK means you'll ovulate in the next 3 days, no necessarily same day!

My ovulation is a time day 12-18... My cycle was 25 days month one then 32 days month two... strange as it was pretty much always 29 days before u started TTC. This is why I'm not testing till day30! X

Thank you @mumof1hants baby dust wishes all round! X

Abi58 · 25/06/2019 22:50

@June1987 if you dtd in the fertile window you're in with a chance so 🤞🏻 for you

Apps predicted mine within a few days but not exactly

Sophieb15 · 25/06/2019 23:03

@mumof1hants just came to bed had to take 2 nurofen my dull ache is so bad and my boobs are stinging me even touching off my top 🙈

Sophieb15 · 25/06/2019 23:07

@tiredmoma not good tonight I think AF is coming early had to take nurofen my dull ache is so sore now and boobs very sore 😤

tiredmoma · 25/06/2019 23:12

Awww hope you feel a bit better in the morning @Sophieb15 your not out till af comes!! You never know!! 🤞🏻 she stays away

PeanutButter19 · 25/06/2019 23:31

The ovulation tests confuse me, mine consistently get darker then fainter then darker then fainter but never positive :(

flossy12 · 26/06/2019 01:39

@Abi58 I had an amazing time yes thank you ☺️☺️

mumof1hants · 26/06/2019 06:44

@Sophieb15 sorry to hear that. I've got the ache now too this morning. FF predicts AF tomorrow so I'll probably be out. It crushes you doesn't it?... feeling pretty rubbish. I actually feel like testing just to confirm the negative x

OP posts:
Sophieb15 · 26/06/2019 07:14

@tiredmoma @mumof1hants woke up this morning with no pain as of yet except sore boobs. Feel a bit sick 😷.

What do your cramps feel like @mumof1hants mine were really full on last night I honestly though I would go to the toilet this morning and they be there?

Abi58 · 26/06/2019 07:15

@Sophieb15 those symptoms could be PMs or pg and I'm keeping everything crossed for you! I so want this to be your month!

@PeanutButter19 some women constantly have lh in their system and will have a line all month but lighter. Like you can have several patches of fertile ewcm you can have a few mini surges while your body is gearing up to ov. If you really want to get a grip on knowing what's hapening I suggest you try temping your bbt as you usually get a dip before ov but definitely get a noticeable rise. If use with opks you see a surge (even if you miss the full glaring positive as some only get this for a few hours which could be when you don't test or while you sleep) then at least in a few days you have the confirmation if your temp rises
🤞🏻 for you

mumof1hants · 26/06/2019 07:18

@Sophieb15 mine feel like a low dull ache... a bit like af cramps but a bit like when u need to go to the toilet?! I just want it to be the weekend now or for AF to arrive. No one better annoy me at work today!! X

OP posts:
Sophieb15 · 26/06/2019 07:25

@Abi58 thanks I went to bed last night thinking they were coming let's hope it was implantation cramping or something 🙈

@mumof1hants I went to bed and was In Pain and my OH came up and I told him I wasn't a happy bunny as I had cramps he turned over and asked me to scratch his back I LOST it 🙈🙈 then I had a cry I hen he rubbed my back and gave me a cuddle.

My brain hurts from this TTC I'd say I'm going to have to try forget about it altogether next month(if I can)

Do you feel like your in bad form too??
