Anyone else want to jump on board the July bus? AF has just arrived for me after being 2 days late!

Anyway here's my info:

You're fertile for 5/6 days so you are definitely in with a chance! 🤞🏻 for you! Tbh sounds like you've timed it pretty perfectly!

@Pugmum19 I had my Implant out in Jan it took awhile for my cycles to get back to normal so try not stress yourself out too much this month and it will be a surprise if it happens. I'm on Cycle 5 TTC no 2. Did you confirm O with an OPK?

@Sophieb15 i think we are the due to test the same day!!

@tiredmoma Are you waiting until the 1st July too? When are you due? Any symptoms

How did you cultivate your new attitude? I need to learn how to be less frantic about it all... there’s nothing I can do now, and yet I’m checking my tracker app daily (as if that’s going to do anything!) and I’m thinking about it for a significant part of my day. AF will probably be crushing to me!

I know I need to relax and be frankly less obsessive. How did you do it? I long to feel calm!

AF/BFP due 4th July

It’s our first month of officially ttc. I told myself I wouldn’t become obsessed with google, but here I am! We are currently on holiday and I have just ordered some tests so should be waiting for me when we get home on Sunday. Will it be to early for the test to pick anything up 4 days before af? I’m just so impatient... someone tell me I’m not the only person to become obsessed so soon

@Abi58 It is nice but I'm a receptionist and have to explain to everyone when they come in how to use it and be like it won't be ready for 10 mins but its worth it haha

I didn't get any cleaning done yet I'll keep it for a day where i'm sitting twiddling my thumbs

@CBP92 Welcome what tests did you order? I'm on Cycle 5 ttc no 2 and Due on the 30th June But i'm going to hold out until I'm late to test so hopefully there won't be another BFN so testing on the 1st July. What day did you ovulate?

@Sophieb15 af is due on the 1st ive had a few little things (bloating, wind, cramps, heaviness type feeling) but im trying not to read too much into it 🙈 what about you?

@tiredmoma I've very sore boobs I found it hard to sleep last night as they were so achy but I had sore boobs last month too and got AF. I also have twinges down low but I think I've had them before too. I'm gassy too but I always am before AF. I just need this week to fly. Thank god Monday work is nearly over

This is your 2nd too? What cycle are you on? Are you going to hold out to test?

@Sophieb15 its so annoying that pregnancy and pms symptoms are very alike!!! Yes this is my 2nd and this is my 1st cycle im going to maybe try and wait till next tues when AF is late but rather i can wait or not is another story!! When are you going to test?

@tiredmoma that al sounds really positive (similar to what I've had!)

@wannabemama0812 I feel I had no choice. What with being let down every month for the past 4 months and everything else that seems to be going wrong it feels like my only option unfortunately. Expect the worst if it doesn't happen it's a bonus right? I know it's a bit pessimistic but I don't feel I can be any other way about it all any more!
I still symptom spot. I still check my Fitbit every day wondering if the changes mean anything and I'll still feel crushed when af arrives but it's not something I can force to happen. If it's going to it will 🤷‍♀️ What more can I do!!
I won't lie it's hard. Probably one of the hardest things I've ever done, TTC. My first came easy my other 2 were unplanned so this is the first time I've actually planned for a baby. Makes it so much harder I have to say!!!

Try not to pin too much on it. I honestly believe the more I stress the less likely it's going to happen... that's my motto anyway! Comes from months of let down haha. Good luck

@tiredmoma I'm due Sunday that will be 14/15 DPO. I think I may have actually Ovulated on the day of my Positive OPK rather than the day after that's why i'm saying 14/15. I'm going to try my hardest to wait until Monday to test but I think I'll know in the next few days because my major AF symptom since I got the Implant removed is backache and it comes around 5/6 days before.

What age is you LO? I'm guessing still young with the tiredmomma name even though my LO is 3 and a half and still has me up some nights had to sleep in her bed last night she had a bad dream.

@Sophieb15 I got the cheap early detection ones but after reading the reviews I’ve got a feeling they aren’t going to be very good. My fingers are crossed you get a BFP 🤞🏼 I’ve got 2 apps and one is saying I should of ovulated on the 17th and the other saying the 21st. I think I ovulated in the 19th. Me and my partner have been at it since the 16th so I hope we didn’t miss the window. He was excited to start trying but he said it’s the first month and found it hard work 😂

@CBP92 🤣🤣 they all think they are up to having it all the time but when push comes to shove they struggle! 🤣

@Sophieb15 the symptoms can be the same (which is what makes this even harder and frustrating) 😩 so even if you do get backache you never know!

@tiredmoma oooo 😁 I couldn't drink my coffee this morning..got so excited I had a proper symptom but then my coffee at work was fine (decaf) so it must've been funny water in the kettle or something 😂🙈

@Sophieb15 my stabbing pain has gone now too & no other symptoms. AF pls stay away!!! I will be fine at work this week (I work wed-fri) it's the weekend I'll find hard. Especially as OH is at work. I need to make plans!

@Pugmum19 welcome! Do you have any idea when you ovulated then? Did you track? You're about the same as me!

@wannabemama0812 I definitely think you're in with a shot! One of my friends is 10wks atm & she only had sex once in fertile window 4 days before O! So lucky!! I also check my tracker app daily... often more than once... for no reason 🤪

@CBP92 Welcome! It's crazy how TTC suddenly takes over your life! I started TTC in April and now I'm like... if I don't get a BFP this time it'll be August! Hope did that happen? I know it's not a long time trying it's just crazy to think about! It's definitely much harder than the men think it'll be too!!

@Sophieb15 I have been wondering how long it will take to get a proper cycle back so that’s useful to know!
I didn’t use any OPK this month as honestly I didn’t know about it, I just guessed from my symptoms! I’m tempted to try them next month though just to take the guessing out of it!!

@CBP92 definitely not alone! Before staring I was all like it’ll happen when it happens, one month in I’m obsessed with when I can test!! 😂😂

@mumof1hants I have just guessed when it was really and tried to DTD every other day. Well OH has struggled to keep up with that so sometimes longer! I think next month using OPK will help with guessing when!
2 of my close friends got pregnant on their first cycle and it’s hard not to hope for the same!
