Anyone else want to jump on board the July bus? AF has just arrived for me after being 2 days late!

Anyway here's my info:

Cycle: 3
Age: 37
CD01
AF/BFP due: 3rd July

Hoping this is our lucky month! Fingers crossed for everyone x

@sophieb15 it’s about the same - will test again later. EWCM mixed with creamy CM this morning. I’m thinking I missed the surge, CP has dropped a bit, I had cramps last night, and this morning which I reckon could be ovulation. I don’t know, we will see.

Counting today as ovulation day (given the cramps) but will amend that if I get a positive.

It’s frustrating, think I’ll try clear blue ones next month but I also don’t want to be spending a fortune.

Will DTD tonight though, until I’m positive fertile window has closed.

@Sophieb15 oh, that’s not too bad. If nothing this cycle I think I will order some.

I’ve been looking through my period tracker, which reckons there are some days where I’ve ovulated on CD 17 (my longer cycles) so I’m not giving up hope of seeing a positive.

I told myself I wouldn’t get obsessive about this, but, that seems to happened lol!

At least I’m away during part of the TWW - being on holiday and exploring will mean it’ll take my mind off it!

@Sophieb15 congrats on the static smiley! I got a positive OPK today too. Going to BD the next few days now... luckily DP doesn't go on late shifts till Tuesday. It actually means I'm ovulating earlier than the apps predict so now they're saying AF is due end of June... I won't test till July either though x

@Abi58 I usually temp around 5am. DP leaves for work then if on an early shift. I'm not consistent tho... which must be the problem. I do it half asleep most of the time then nod back off! X

I think I’ve lost the plot, haha, done 3 opks today already.

I’m not sure if I’m staring and seeing things, but the bottom one is last one I’ve gone today CD15 - does it look like it’s getting darker. I can’t really tell if it is or if it’s just the same still think my darkest so far was CD 13 FMU

@Lauralozzle they do look like they're getting darker to me! I'd try to DTD as much as poss the next few days! X

@Abi58 28 day cycles (ish). Trying not to stress about it initially so won’t be using sticks or temping, just regular sex (hopefully) and cm checking if I can.

I’m going to be a bridesmaid at my friends wedding in mid November so getting pregnant straight away will make that tricky with the dress but I yo-yo between assuming it’ll happen immediately (giving us an approx 2yr age gap) or will take forever and we’ll wish we started sooner.

@Ithoughtyouwere I totally get what you mean with the yo-yo-ing. We started TTC again in April but I had a slight scare in jan (AF was 2 days late after we used the pill out method one time)... I wasn't pg and I wouldve been happy if I was but it would've been hard financially... after jan I could've easily started 'trying' because I'd kind of got my head around it. We didn't and used contraception but if I'm not pg in the next few months if wish I had. So hard.

On the positive side we BD today after a positive OPK this morn! X

I actually feel pretty positive this month which is polar opposite to last month when I was in bits!

I’ve got some pressed this month to try as I don’t really have a lot of CM so hopefully this helps 🤞🏻 Is anyone else trying anything new this cycle?

I'm on cycle 3 and trying SMEP for the first time. I've also started tracking bbt. I got a positive OPK yesterday and I had a sharp drop in temp then a big rise today so I think that means I've ovulated! (Maybe someone with experience could correct me if I'm wrong?!!) I guess it also means I'm about to start the dreaded TWW!!! 😩 x

I had the exact same when I think I ovulated last month so sounds like it to me!
The TWW is the worst 😩 brings out too much crazy! Hopefully it brings you your BFP 🤞🏻

Ewcm today but not due to ovulate for another week. I'm doing every other day at the mo 😂😂

CM is nearly dried up now, another opk test this morning which might be a tiny bit darker, not sure. Think I’ll test throughout the day to see if there is any change there and if so, will amend my positive opk day and ovulation.

I have a feeling I’ll be having one of my 31 day cycles (it happens, but not regularly). I just want to know if I’m in the TWW, or not quite there yet. The not knowing is doing my head in. I wasn’t going to temp until a couple of months trying but I think if AF comes this cycle then I’ll get one, as I will know then, at least, when ovulation has occurred.

CD 16 for me today O day as static smiley on CB yesterday. We have managed to BD last 2 nights dunno where I’m going to get the energy for tonight 🙈 OH on nights tomor so has to be done!

Sorry if TMI what does everyone do after BD? Lie down legs in the air or get up and go to the toilet?

@Sophieb15 I just lay down for a while, maybe five minutes. Our BD has been in the morning recently so I generally do have to get up fairly soon for work!

Can I join you? Coil removed on Wednesday then CD1 on Thursday so as soon as AF is over we're on our first cycle as it was a non-hormonal coil so nurse said no need to wait a month.

It took us 5 cycles the first pregnancy and the second one was a surprise, but I do have endometriosis so no idea how long this time will take. My issue has always been carrying th pregnancy though, after two babies born before 30 weeks that's the bit I'm nervous about.

@Sophieb15 so we BD'd on cd8, 10, 12, 13.
I got a positive OPK on cd13 which was yesterday so will be also BD today & tomorrow then hopefully weds too (that will be cd14, 15 & 17). Do you think that's enough? I always panic it's not!
Just did another OPK & its very faint (negative) plus my temp has dropped then gone right up today.

I usually lay in bed for 5-10 mins after. I did read it makes no difference though... actually the study said more people do get pregnant when they stand up & walk around. I find it all 'falls out' tho! Sorry if TMI! 😂💧

I think it’s getting darker, don’t think it’s a positive yet though. Yesterday’s afternoon opk vs today’s afternoon opk.

It's so nearly there @Lauralozzle. I find mine only stays dark for a few hours. Must have a really quick LH surge?!
Have you tried taking a photo with the glow app? It has an OPK analyser and will show you how close you are! X
