[ What to do in the meantime? ]

I am gradually weaning off medication, which I must be off before falling pregnant. I will be off it mid-June.

What can or should I be doing in the meantime to increase our chances of falling pregnant swiftly? Quit drinking? Start an exercise regimen? Any ideas?

I'm so broody. I think about pregnancy every day! It is taking over my thought-space, and if I could feel like I was doing something productive towards that goal, I think it would help immensely.

I'm in a similar boat, can't start trying for a month. I have bought some conception vitamins and I'm planning to get back into swimming as it's good exercise when you're pregnant too.
I'm also tempted to do all the things you can't do when you're pregnant, get drunk, go on rollercoasters etc! Though in reality I'd like to lose a but of weight and get into a healthier routine.

This tool is really useful!

You put in all your info and it tells you the things you need to work on to prepare for a pregnancy. I found it really helpful - I hadn't thought about my mental health history as relevant before.

It's nice to know that I am not the only one, Joopy.
It's really interfering with my daily life, I'm thinking about it so much. The fact it is "on pause" makes it really difficult, because there's not much to do but wait.
Swimming sounds like you might enjoy it. Our local pool is just too cold to tempt me!
I take a normal multivitamin, along with B12 and folic acid. I'm not sure why a specific "pregnancy" vitamin is necessary, as when I look at the contents, they are the same. I will look into it.
I have the "pre-seed" lubricant, ready and waiting!

Practice Wink...

Normal multivitamins contain vitamin A, and pregnancy ones don't - it is harmful to a developing baby.

Any recommendations for a good vegan multivitamin?
