@Hannah192 good to have you back. Aww thanks, very nervous again as you can probably imagine. No you don't use fmu with opks I found second wee and mid afternoon the best. Finger crossed for you xx

@Waiting2bMum I can imagine you are, I hope this is the one. Are you booking to see the docs for some support?
Thank you! When you used second and afternoon wee, were you waiting the full 4hrs? I’ll have to figure out a way to do it at work 😂 xx

Waiting2bMum · 11/03/2019 14:19

@Hannah192 I called the doctors today, they are seeing if my doctor can call me today and have a chat. Someone said to me demand and early scan because of the 3 previous losses. And no I didn't wait a full 4 hours. I used to do roughly around 4 different times of the day to get to know when I was ovulating. The egg is released 12-36 hours after a positive but I found I had to grab my partner pretty quick😂😂xx

@Hannah192 I didn't know holding your wee was a thing for opks! I've always had a blazing positive just one day in my cycle and I've never held wee or anything - I do two tests a day around ov time because you can miss it I normally do one lunch time and one late afternoon xx

Hannah192 · 11/03/2019 19:29

@Waiting2bMum hopefully the doctors will be helpful. An early scan would be good and hopefully help you feel better.
Oh no 😂😂 I’ll have to make sure the hubs is on standby at all times 🙊 xx
@Tryingforno2 amazing! Thank you! I think I’ve either read it on the pack or online, so it’s great to hear what actually works. I was saying to the the OH that it can’t be right as it can’t be very good for you doing that xx

Waiting2bMum · 11/03/2019 19:35

Had a call back from the doctor he was lovely. He has told me to call him as soon as I'm 6 weeks to get an early scan. He said there's not a lot he can do at the moment which is far enough but I feel reassured xx

Tryingforno2 · 11/03/2019 19:46

Hi @Waiting2bMum if you have a scan before 6 weeks they are unlikely to see a heartbeat which could just stress you out even more, once you get a nice strong line on that test you might be able to breathe a sigh of relief 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 have you got some more tests so you can do one in the morning? XX

Tryingforno2 · 11/03/2019 19:48

@Hannah192 yeah I find they are pretty straightforward to use, I always get a very faint line but when I get a positive the test Iine is darker than the control I will attach a pic of my positive

@Tryingforno2 I did read that😬😬just hope it stays that's all I want💖yeah I have got a test ready for the morning. I do feel much more chilled this time as it was unexpected with no tracking ovulation or anything xxx

OP posts:
Hannah192 · 11/03/2019 20:05

@Tryingforno2 thank you, that’s really helpful. So far I’ve had faint lines which I thought were negatives but I don’t expect to ovulate until next week.
@Waiting2bMum glad to hear the doctor was nice. Keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Waiting2bMum · 11/03/2019 20:09

@Waiting2bMum amazing lines!!! 🤞🏼 xx
@MrsP4 I’m on CD12, so not too far behind you!

TheatreMumma · 12/03/2019 12:57

Hi @Tryingforno2, still no AF here! Now on cd 44 🤪 According to bbt temp chart, I'm now around 12dpo, so think I might test again tomorrow or Thursday. Really hard knowing when to test at this point! How are you getting on? xx

Tryingforno2 · 12/03/2019 13:06

OMG @TheatreMumma I do hope you get a bfp after all this waiting! I find my temps are all over the place I really struggle using them to help me determine ovulation I had a spike last Tuesday for 2 days then a drop for 2 days then a spike again on Saturday when I got my positive opk I find it really confusing!
I'm ok this tww business drags soooooo much I just want to get it out the way and get cracking again if necessary! I'm overthinking every little niggle and ache it's awful! 🙄🤣 x
