BFP following IVF

I've recently found out that I'm pregnant after a 5dt FET.

I am so happy, like unbelievably so.

However... I can't stop worrying! I'm worried if my boobs stop feeling tender for a while, I worry each time I go to the toilet incase I see blood, I'm already worried about the 6 week scan incase there is no heartbeat.

Is anyone else feeling this? Any tips on not worrying quite so much?

The worry is totally normal. I'm currently almost 22 weeks with twins after our second IVF cycle and the worry is still there - it never goes away just shifts to other things. Had 20 week anomaly scan just over a week ago and everything was perfect, however I'm already worrying about my next scan in 3 weeks!

I would say just take one day at a time and do your best to enjoy it. Get used to the worrying and try not to let it overshadow the joy 😊

Congrats on your pregnancy xxx

Thank you @CritterTamer
And congratulations! Wow, twins! Did you have one or two embryos transferred?

We had two hatching 5 day blasts put back. To be honest I still can't believe that we've made it this far, and still keep expecting it all to go wrong at any moment, especially after having a scary bleed at 18 weeks (turned out to just be from a low lying placenta), but all you can do is remember that what will be will be, and no amount of worrying is going to change the outcome.

Hope everything goes well at your scan xxx
