Thanks @Louise392
@becca3210 any where along the west coast of Ireland is stunning. But Kerry is breathtakingly beautiful.

Evening ladies. Sounds like symptom spotting is in full swing. Other than a few random mild cramps I’ve had nothing today, think I am either 5 or 6 DPO so still early days I guess.

Treated myself to a glass of wine with dinner, been good this last week and had none.

Don’t think I’ve ever wanted the weekend to go so quick 😂

hopeful31 · 16/02/2019 19:11

Sure they say to have ur wine until u get a bfp. Me and dh have a bottle of wine that we are going to share tonight. Has to be done 😂😂

Enjoy 🍷 I’ve been trying to be better and avoid the odd glass in the week and wean myself off haha. First time around I drank normally till I got my bfp. I figured I could be waiting months, I think it’s ok until then 👍🏼

whatdoyouwantfromme · 16/02/2019 20:23

Enjoy your wine tonight ladies! I was on the 0% beer yesterday - thinking of trying 0% wine or seedlip!

hopeful31 · 16/02/2019 20:42

My bottle of red wine is going down a treat with plenty of baby talk with dh.

Bluebell9 · 16/02/2019 21:45

@whatdoyouwantfromme I did a Tesco test this morning and got a faint postive! I'm doing a FRER tomorrow morning. I've had heartburn and really bad gas, I've been burping all day!

Louise392 · 16/02/2019 22:02

How Many DPO are you @Bluebell9? exciting!

Bumpingalong84 · 16/02/2019 22:03

whatdoyouwantfromme · 16/02/2019 22:53

hopeful31 · 17/02/2019 05:09

That's amazing news!!! @Bluebell9 congratulations!!!

I've just work with a cold sore.... I never get cold sores. I'm now 7dpo. Could that be a sign?

Thanks everyone! Just did another test and it's BFP! I'm 10 DPO today. I've been having mild cramps the last few days with indegestion and burping. I'm pretty sure I implanted 5/6 days after ovulation as my temp dipped a little.

hopeful31 · 17/02/2019 07:24

@Bluebell9 how long have u been ttc? Did u do anything differently this month ?

becca3210 · 17/02/2019 07:32

@Bluebell9 fantastic news congratulations! Great to have the first bfp on the thread. Hopefully this will be the start of many more Smile

GreyWolf · 17/02/2019 07:32

Fabulous news @Bluebell9 Congratulations!

Bluebell9 · 17/02/2019 07:37

I had my coil taken out in August and didn't use anything else. We started actively ttc, tracking temp etc, in Jan so this is my second cycle. I ovulated on the 7th Feb, we DTD on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 8th.
I've cut caffeine right down, I drink a lot of tea but I'm on decaf now. I've been eating healthily and as I'm not taking folic acid tablets, I have a spinach and orange smoothie everyday (not as bad as it sounds). I've been eating the food that is supposed to be good for conception, nuts and berries etc too.
The temp tracking has been really helpful, although you don't see a difference until ovulation has already happened.

Shefliesonherownwings · 17/02/2019 11:23

Huge congratulations @Bluebell9, thats amazing! Feeling a bit bloated and achy tummy this morning but I suspect I am trying too hard to see something. Only 5-6 days DPO. Why does this two weeks feel like a lifetime!

becca3210 · 17/02/2019 16:48

Thanks @Bluebell9 for sharing that info. Reading yours makes me think we need to up our DTD amounts next month if not our month now lol Grin

Louise392 · 17/02/2019 17:14

Louise392 · 17/02/2019 18:50

Are they the same as One Step? @HJWT

Louise392 · 17/02/2019 18:53

Just looked at them on amazon and they are 25 ml/Ul so not as sensitive as the one step ones, thanks for the recommendation though.

ClaraLane · 17/02/2019 20:17

Still getting BFN on my Onestep tests - period is due on Wednesday so just a waiting game I guess. My boobs are crazy sore this evening though which is a new PMS symptom for me but as I’ve only had my periods back for 4 or 5 months I’m not sure what’s normal for me now!

Louise392 · 17/02/2019 20:30

Still time yet then @clarelane :)

My boobs never used to be sore at all after ovulation before i was on the pill but since ive come off the pill in October after 5 years they hurt every month but never usually for this length of time, they hurt when i lye down on my front or if i knock them.

Have you any other signs? I am due af 23rd so still have 6 days yet to go.
