Tww starting tomorrow. Ovulation today. Af due 24th. Someone join me and help me stay sane please.

Ahhh @hopeful31 that must be so frustrating, bet you just want to know one way or another. Hopefully it’s just late ovulation and implantation

Metallic mouth sounds promising @hopeful31. Really hope this is it for you. Had first reflexology session which was good. She told me my uterus and ovaries felt good and she could tell which ovary was going to release the egg this month which was quite interesting. Said she could feel a lot of tension across chest and shoulders which helps explain the chest/heart pain I have been having. Who know if it will help with TTC but was relaxing/interesting so going to go next week around ovulation. Hope everyone is ok today x

@becca3210 that sounds so interesting. Would love to try reflexology. I know someone at work who tried acupuncture to help as she’d been trying two year and she got pregnant straight after! She has then gone on to have another 2 children very quickly after. So everything is always worth a try.

I have no hpt left and I'm going to try my hardest not to buy any. And to just see what happens.

I've heard acupuncture is amazing, I'd love to try it.

AF arrived here. Relieved in a strange way as now feel I can confidently track cycles after surgery in January (MMC) and I popped back on the pill in February.

Sorry this was not your month @ducksandacorns. I know what you mean - even though it is not the result you want - is a relief in a way to know and then you can prepare yourself. Oh that's good to know about acupuncture @Bumpingalong84 may try that down the line if I need to. Got 3 sessions booked for reflexology not sure if I can afford it long term but hopefully a few will help. Glad that AF has not turned up yet @hopeful31. Yes is quite common to not get a bfp until after missed period particularly if ovulated late so hopefully that is the case for you (I may have googled this in the past a few times lol)

How are you today @hopeful31 ? I've heard of blood/metallic taste in mouth as being a symptom, fx that it is for you!
I don't know how common it is, but I've definitely read that some need to be really late until they get a BFP, so you're not out until AF arrives x

Oops, just re-read @becca3210 last post saying that it is quite common, so that's reassuring

I'm no expert on this but think what I read said that sometimes people don't get a bfp until after a missed period because sometimes you can ovulate later than you think which then has a knock on affect and everything gets delayed.

Think that happened to me in my first month of TTC as my period was a week 'late' but think that was because I ovulated late. Hopefully in your case it will be due to a bfp!

Thanks everyone. I was awake from 3am worrying lol. Still no sign of af. No cramps. Cm has dried up in the last few days ( usually happens a lot earlier)

I'm cd 36. And 2 days late. I have no tests left. I might pick one up tomorrow or wait until Monday. If I had tests at home I would be testing in the morning lol

@hopeful31 I would be there eating every 5 minutes if I was late haha. Hope you are feeling ok.

Sending positive vibes. AF done start my cb sticks tomorrow so that stage is starting again... have warned my husband he better have some energy for the week to come lol

Yes will have to see how the week goes but planning every other day and then every day when static smiley. Husband has some time off work next week which will help a lot I think as last month he was quite tired and stressed and then I felt guilty for ‘bugging’ him etc. He has no excuses this week lol

@Bumpingalong84 I'm just tired of the bfn so I need to leave it a few days. Lol

Officially 4 days late. Still no sign but I think af is on her way. I have a Sainsbury's test for tomorrow.

I’m good, we are debating if we should tell MIL today as we are going over for lunch. We told her 4 years ago on mother’s day about DD, we had only tested that morning and told her that afternoon. This time it seems a little early but we thought it would be fun to tell her in a mother’s day card again!! I’m 5wks tomorrow so still super early. Haven’t called the Gp yet I think I’ll do it this week.

Aw yes that would be lovely to tell her. So glad all is well @bumpingalong84. Glad AF has stayed away @hopeful31 really hope it is your month. This morning was a bit crap. Really wanted to get started with dtd but husband still tired/sore back blah blah. Feeling livid.. resulted in a row so feeling sad. He tells me that he wants it and gets the whole fertile week etc but I’m like do you...?!! Grrr. And breathe lol
