Tww starting tomorrow. Ovulation today. Af due 24th. Someone join me and help me stay sane please.

AF due weds for me but think I might test tues morning

@mrsp4 that was me. Tested on 9dpo and nothing. 12dpo BFP.

Oh wow @Miller2 think I'm going to test tomorrow morning because I can't wait any longer I will be 12DPO tomorrow 🙏🏻

@MrsP4 I'm going to test again tomorrow too, will be 13dpo. Distracting myself with housework and gardening today!

@Shefliesonherownwings Oh I really hope we both get a BFP I'm always very sceptical though when testing because some months I've had symptoms and thought this has got to be it and it's been a BFN so I always convince myself that it's going to be BFN and then if it's BFP it's a bonus I just like to prepare for the worst, is that bad?

Good luck girls! I was feeling pretty good yesterday accepted that this cycle wasn’t meant to be and positive for the next. Then I go out for a meal and my SIL says publicly ‘I’m surprised you are drinking I thought you had something to announce’ and FIL says ‘I am going to be an old grandfather. I will never see my grandchildren get married!’ Could have killed them this TTC is hard work!!

@becca3210 I'd have told them all that your sex organs are nobody else's business. That would have shut them up. How bloody rude. I'm sorry but people asking any uninvited fertility questions is my biggest bugbear. The second we got married in 2013 everyone clearly expected us to get right down the baby making business. It went from "when are you getting married?" to "when are you gonna have kids?". We wanted to enjoy being married for a few years first. We went to a family wedding a couple of years back knowing we'd get asked again. We just replied with "well, you know, it's not straight forward for us since the goat incident" then walked off. They never asked us again and I'm sure it gave them something else to talk about! 🤣

Help! I've got anxiety about testing tomorrow 🙈 just so desperate for a BFP and scared incase it's another month of BFN, I've had a couple of symptoms this month that I've not had before so I'm clinging on to every bit of hope and trying to remain positive but I'm trying to tell myself that it's going to be a BFN so I can prepare for the worst. Is it just me that feels like this the night before testing?

@MrsP4 yes u get anxiety too. Then can't sleep. I have my fingers crossed for u! Try some breathing/mindfulness to see if it helps.

@becca3210 that's so horrible to deal with. I have to say that my own dm is the same. Puts a lot of pressure on us both. She just thinks 'poor me' and doesn't know that I die inside when she does these things. I hope ur ok xx

@mrsp4 try not to worry and just wait and see what tomorrow holds. When is AF due? And how many dpo are you? X

Anyone who didn't get their bfp this month. I heard that this is great for men and women when ttc. Is doesn't day it on the pack but I did some research and it has great benefits. Holland and Barrett's £10. I'm giving it a go. Every little helps ☺️

AF Is rearing her ugly head this end, cramps and spotting since yesterday but bfn yesterday and I’m cd 13 so know I’m out. Just need it to start properly so I can start CD1.

Has anyone used clear blue ovulation sticks? Only second cycle but I’m tempted to pick some up this week.

@becca3210 some people really have no idea. I've said to people before that its not that easy and you never know what people are going through. Sorry you've had to deal with that.

@Bumpingalong84 i used clearblue ovulation sticks this month snd I liked them. Didn't actually get any flashing smileys in the build up but got a clear static smiley so knew when ovulation was.

I'm in the first of the TWW... already shamelessly symptom spotting!

Did any of you who have have had BFPs have small cramps here and there, similar to PMS cramps ? It's been happening for the past day or so but I've still got ages yet before AF due!

Just went to a babyshower today and couldn't be more broody

@coastaldreamer I did (still do). Was convinced it was AF but she didn't come.

Good luck to those waiting to test. @MrsP4 think the anxiety is very normal. Thanks for the tip @hopeful31 will check that out. @Bumpingalong84 I used them this month (the cheaper version) were useful to see when ov happens though need to make sure you are DTD before you get your smiley.

@MrsP4 hopefully just implantation, you never know. With my first I had spotting and cramping before and during AF time so assumed it was AF and didn’t test till I was 3days late!!

Keeping fingers crossed!! Only first real cycle of ttc but since we've been trying it's all I can think about despite not trying to obsess

Ok so just had a bath and seen that I had one tiny bit of spotting that must of happened at some point this evening got out the bath put my pjs on and fresh underwear and just had this again roughly same size as the spot I had from before it's like a pinky/brown colour and I'm cramping, don't normally spot before AF but is 11DPO too late for implantation bleeding? When I wiped there's nothing there! 🙈

@mrsp4 if you can't share things like that on mumsnet forums where can you?! I've not had spotting but based on everything I've read this weekend since getting BFP it's quite common. Not sure when implantation occurs but could it be that potentially? It's all a waiting game I think. Something most people on here (and I'm very much including myself there too) aren't very good at 🕒

@Miller2 Thank you, it's so hard when we've all probably got friends and people that we know that are pregnant and as much as we're happy for them it's so hard at the same time that's what I find the hardest
