Wind-type pains for three days - could this be an implantation or early pregnancy sign?

I had a MMC in November which resulted in surgery and have had a period since then. I'm due on a week tomorrow (according to my "Clue" app). I'm currently on cycle day 22 out of a usual 28/29.

For the past two days, I've been off my food, with nausea and pains. The pains have been in my lower tummy radiating to my lower back. I'm currently sat with a hot water bottle. It almost feels like a heavy/wind feeling in my lower tummy.

I did ring NHS Direct and they basically said its nothing apart from being pregnant. Tests are obviously negative as it's so early.

Just want to know if anyone has had anything similar?

I'm afraid there really is no way to know until its time to test. I have had it previously at around 7-8 dpo and its been a negative. I am having slight cramps at the moment that have been on and off for about 5 days. I'm about the same as you cycle wise and have had a fullness feeling today and felt that bloat, but again it could be anything until you know for sure (I'm convinced it's my mind trying to screw with me). Sorry that there's not really an answer but I've got my fingers crossed for you.

As frizzy said, there is no way to know until you test. I had the same at the same stage last month and in the back of my mind was convinced it was leading up to a bfp for me. I had a week of horrible bloating, wind and general discomfort (sorry tmi) but then came af.

That said, there is nothing wrong with having a bit of hope that this is a good sign, that hope will get you through the the tww and you'll either get your bfp or you dust yourself off and try again. Good luck!

@Frizzy1986 yes you're right - us women don't half make ourselves crazy symptom spotting. I haven't even been thinking about it to be honest, until I started feeling these pains. My lower back is really quite achey. I did do ovulation tests, but nothing got picked up so not sure if I just missed the timing x

Thank you @YouMaySayImADreamer. Fingers crossed it's positive signs, but I'm not letting myself get all anxious about it x

I think it's one of those glorious things about human kind in that there is this part of us that always tries to find that shining light. And yes, it could be nothing, but that excited feeling you might have right now is lovely and if it isn't the end result you hope for youmaysayimadreamer is right, you jump straight back on that wagon and it's no less exciting each time. It just becomes more draining!
