Morning ladies, me again!

On 6th Jan, I stopped the pill after being on since May 2018. I'm yet to have any sort of withdrawal bleed. Last night I did an ovulation test and it was a faint line so there's no chance I'm ovulating yet. This morning I did a pregnancy test and I'm confident it was negative but it may be too early to tell even if I was expecting.

Any advice on what's going on or what I should do?

Side note: during my time on the pill I had forgot it on 2 occasions and bled for 4 days the first time and a month on the second time.

You need to see your GP. Odds are you are not ovulating and there could be a treatable cause. Were your periods erratic before you went on the pill?

Sorry, I misread and thought you’d stopped the pill May 2018!

I’d still probably see the GP - just because isn’t it normal to have a withdrawal bleed when stopping the pill?

@Polly99 yes I'm definitely going to book in I think as it's concerning for me as I have bled before on the pill when forgetting. The fact it's been 2 weeks tomorrow is the concerning part but I'm 99% sure tests will still show negative even if I was

I read it wrong too. Your GP won't do much if it's only been a few weeks. I tend to start investigating secondary amenorrhoea at around 3-6 months. Give it a bit of time to get out of your system and your hormones to regulate.

@Hiphopopotamous thank you so much, this is really helpful and good to know!

NICE have a good guideline about it:
