Clear Blue Test (not digital) too faint?

On Wednesday I got a BFP on CD23 of my 27 day cycle using a FRER. I'm pretty sure I ov'd on CD11 because I had a positive digital opk on CD9, so I would have been about 12dpo.

I tested the following day using second FRER and got a BFP.

Today is CD27 and AF should have started this morning (but hasn't - yippee!) so I took a standard Clear Blue test just to check. It has come back BFP but is very, very faint. Should I be worried? I should be 16dpo at this point so would have expected it to be darker and now I'm worried it's going to be a chemical. My DH will be crushed if it is 😞 Help please anyone?

@Vicsleighbob I'm so sorry. It's heartbreaking isn't it. It will happen for you one day I'm sure but I do know how awful it feels to be where you are. Take good care of yourself x

Thanks guys.

I saw the GP this afternoon and he was completely useless. Told me to give it a year to 18 months and then they MIGHT do some tests if I don't fall pregnant. I'm just feeling completely hopeless right now and that's not what I want to hear.
