Had my implant removed on 24th October after 3 years, no periods whilst on it at all. 1st period came 11th December and we've been properly ttc since period ended 5 days later. My normal cycles before were 28 days but obviously this is my 1st in a very very long time. Due on tomorrow (the 8th) and secretly soooo desperate for it to not come and to be a BFP! Ive been having awful heartburn at night which i never have and have been feeling "sicky".....BUT am I raising my hopes too soon? Would it be silly to think I could possibly have conceived that quick? I know lots of people take at least a few months and it's normal but just didn't realise how much I wanted another little bundle to add to our brood til I had that period last month and thought oooo maybe I could? If you get me? Lol

As someone who got pregnant on the pill first time and first time off the pill the second time, it very definitely can happen that quickly! Good luck!

It can happen quickly - FX it does for you. But it can also take a while so I think its worth preparing yourself for that. It took me 5 cycles to ovulate after having the implant out. Unfortunately a period doesn't mean ovulation, and while you can get pregnant without a period, you can't without ovulation. Worth starting to track your cycles to see what your body is doing.

Good luck!
