Hi, me and OH are the #1.
We have been trying since September and nothing yet.
I have a 33 day cycle and my AF lasts for 4 days, could a short AF affect my chances of conceiving?
I'm early 20's and relatively fit and healthy, I make everything from scratch and eat a lot of fruit and veggies. My only downside is I am a smoker, it's my goal to go cold turkey once I've finished the pack I have, so about 3 days.

Please tell me your tips and tricks to help qith conceiving and most importantly staying sane in the process!

Do you know when you ovulate and when your fertile week is? I would say to download a fertility app like Ovia or glow (both free) just to enter your last few periods dates in. It will then calculate when is the best time for you to be getting busy. Then just try to dtd as much as possible in that week. Keep hydrated to ensure you have plenty of cervical mucus.
You can do things like opks and temping but that might make you get a little ttc crazy.

@boodles101 - Thank you! I do have the Flo app so I know when my predicted ovulation is, even that makes me a little ttc crazy!
I had no idea about hydration affecting cervical mucus, and I'm terrible for not drinking enough water, will definitely try harder now!

@lucky88 Welcome! Are you trying for your first?

No my 2nd Smile
I'm 28, fell pregnant easily (/ accidentally) at 23. DD is the love of my life , but got married to DP over the summer and have been trying since our honeymoon in September. Find it's quite emotionally draining ttc but hoping for some new year good luck! For all of us

Have you tried the clear blue ovulation kits? We found them to be well worth the money (about £20 a month). DD is now 4.5 months.

I'm terrible for not drinking enough water too but trying to up me game. Also taking some kind of pre conception vitamin if you're not already.
To be honest I think it's almost impossible to not go a little bit crazy as it's something we want so much.

I was never able to work out my fertile times due to very irregular periods but I found DTD at least once every 48h did the trick.
