Hypothyroidism and TTC

We've been TTC for six months now... Yes I know it's not long but neither of us thought it would take this long. (We both have had children "easily" in previous relationships). Imy hypothyroid but for most of the time it has been symptom free, so I never thought much of it . I've been severely anemic and had s second tissue in my uterus at some point (personally I thought those would be the main two issues)

Two months ago we had a chemical pregnancy which as far as I understand means that at least things work okish in the baby factory. I'm very regular so no PCOS.

Last month I went to see my endocrinologist and he said my hormones we're fine but my T3 was low and that explained why we couldn't conceive. Now I'm on 100mg a day of levothyroxine. He also said it would take two to three months.

So after my background story... Has anybody been in a similar situation? How long did it take you to finally conceive?
Thanks

What was your TSH levek?
I have hashimotos and have been on levothyroxine for a few years
You have to increase the dose as soon as pregnant by 25 mg

The latest TSH was 1.3 GP agreed that T4 was low (he had no clue about T3 which is the one the endocrinologist made a big deal about).

Was that TSH before starting medication? As thatsxa perfect level for ttc

In June TSH was of 0.64 , so it actually increased over those months. Endocrinologist said TSH was a very narrow way to look at thyroid function thus why T3 levels were more important.
I'm not anemic anymore which again no clue if that had anything to do with my thyroid

The thing is, t3 and t4 turn into each other. So looking at t3 alone is silly and needs to be only part of the bigger picture (as at the moment of the test it could be in the t4state). I've never seen any diagnostic criteria relying on the t3 result without anything else...

Antibodies? Ft4 and ft3?

My doctor looks at all.hormone levels and then concluded that .... He's been my endocrinologist for a few years.... At the surgery they won't measure individual levels unless TSH is very out of range
