Hi ladies, I have been doing ovulation tests and got my first definite positive(s) 2 days ago, the same morning I felt a bit of cramp/light pain on my left hand side. I did more tests yesterday which although were visable, were negative so surge over. However I have been having almost like a dull ache across my lower abdomen for the last couple of days, not particuarly 1 sided. Could this still be ovulation pain?

Yup. It could be. After a positive opk, you won't ov for another 12-72 hours. And the achey cramps can last even longer.

It's just about noticing what's normal for you because your body is different to everyone else's.
