How do you go about things with no idea of dates

We've just found out I'm pregnant. We have 3 year old twins who were very much planned and took years to conceive (although we only thought we were trying for one!!). We never thought it would happen again for us, we've always wanted one more so have left it up to nature and not used contraception since having the twins.
My periods have been irregular since I had DTs and I've had a lot going on in the last few months and I don't remember having a period at all since the summer - ish.

We've been joking for a week or so that I'm pregnant because I've been really emotional and have put on weight and this week I did a ridiculous amount of trips to the toilet whilst we've been away - so tonight we took a test and it went to a big dark blue cross within seconds - so I've been and got the clear blue ones too and again a deep dark cross within seconds and the digital one says pregnant 3+

From the dates we've had sex in the last few months I've worked out that I could be 16, 12 or 5 weeks ish but I have no idea when my last periods were.

How do I go about things from here given that I could be as much as 16 weeks? I remember before we found out I was pregnant right away and booked in appointments and a 12 weeks scan in advance but that marker may have passed!

Call your booking line/midwife and they’ll do a dating scan.

Congratulations. Well, I wouldn't worry, a scan will tell you how far along you are!
