How often do you get acupuncture while trying to conceive?

When do you start it? Before period? During? First day after?

Has anyone been successful? How long did it take you? I have so many questions lol xxx

Once a week. (Then every day while I was injecting my ivf drugs).

Highly recommend. Some people go once a fortnight or once a month though. At any point in your cycle (depends if you want acupuncture to 'fix' something about your cycle)...

Watching with interest x

While I was ttc I had it weekly. After 5yrs of nothing I got a bfp the first month.

I was so impressed I've retrained as a TCM acupuncturist. So with my acu head on I'd say have a word with an acupuncturist. They will discuss your specific set of circumstances with you and advise accordingly dependant on your particular TCM pattern. HTHs

I started having it weekly after 24 unsuccessful cycles of ttc. Had a bfp within 6 weeks of my first appointment, now 8 weeks pregnant.

Definitely recommended!

P.S. it doesn't matter where you are in your cycle when you start acu, your acupuncturist will treat accordingly. Check out BAcC to find a suitably qualified one, they check peoples qualifications.
