I know exactly how you feel OP. I have the fullness and bloated feeling but no symptoms otherwise.
Best thing to do is to wait and see if AF turns up. Try not to test as could be too early and you might not like the result.

Fx for you

Thank you and I hope it all goes well for you .. I don't no if it's just in my mid or not you see it would mean the world for me to have a family with the man I love before we get married not only that i just see how good he is with his own niece and my nephew and well it just melts my heart but I was premature so I don't know really if I can have children as I was so small

Being born prematurely should not affect you fertility. There is some limited evidence that it might but nothing concrete, and if you're having regular periods then assume you are ovulating regularly and are fertile. Try to remember that it is perfectly normal for it to take a year for healthy couples to conceive.

4 months will feel like forever (I know, I've been there) but it really isn't long at all and statistically the chances are you'll be pregnant soon. You have a 25% chance each month even with getting your timing spot on. If it hasn't happened by a year see your GP and they'll be able to start looking at tests for you.

Enjoy planning your wedding and have regular sex and I'm sure it'll happen soon - good luck xx
