Hi,
I came off my pill December 2017 and we have been trying ever since. Just wondering if it is normal to take this long? To begin with we just said it will happen when it happens but now we are beginning to wonder if it will ever happen! So hard not to be disappointed each month when you want something so much.

80% will conceive within a year. See your gp if you haven't conceived by December.

Yes, it can be very very very normal.

Thank you!

It can take up to a year unfortunately, depending on your age then they may say after 6 months speak to your doctor. Have a read up on the smep plan, temping and using opks? Good luck

It can take upto a year, I'm sure you are but are you planning it well around your ovulation ?

If you are regular it helps but there are some apps that can help determine your most fertile days as well as ovulation kits.

Good luck!

Ok thank you! I will have a look at reviews. I’m willing to give anything a try! Xx

Yes I have been using ovulation kits and apps. It’s reassuring to know it can take up to a year. I will go see my GP in the new year if no luck by then.
