So Iv enclosed a photo of our activity last month. Due on tomorrow apparently but who knows as the period charted was my first since I came off the pill in August.
Done a cheapie and a frer this morning and both are stark negative.
I told myself I wouldn't obsess about this but it's so easy to isnt it!
Iv only been charting my mood and symptoms and I have been on cerezette for about 6 years previously microgynon for 7 years.
What I need is someone to tell me it's normal to feel like this and give some advice 😊😊

This is completely normal, your waiting on that result that will change ur life forever! It's very nerve racking and exciting! Keep in mind it can take up 12 for your system to return to normal after being in birth control. I took me a year exactly to conceive, now I have a beautiful 10month old 😍. Try your best not to stress tho because that dsnt help. X

Get yourself these https://www.amazon.co.uk/One-Step/b/ref=bldppsmww1648297031?ie=UTF8&node=1648297031&field-lbrbrandss_browse-bin=One+Step. Keep track of your ovulation and once you get to know your cycle try do the dos the day before. I found this hard as my ovulation wasn't the same every month. X

Totally normal it’s so hard not to obsess about ttc. Sorry it wasn’t positive this time.

Remember it can take up to 6 months for cycles to go back to normal after the pill. There’s only about a 20/25% chance of pregnancy even if you have sex at exactly the right time.

Good luck.

Thank you everyone Smile May give it another month first and then start using ovulation strips.

OP I went through the exact same thing - still am tbh. When I came off the implant, I hadn't realised how long it might take my body to adjust, and as soon as we started trying I realised I was desperate to fall pregnant quickly.

I would consider tracking if I were you. You could do bbt - temperature - if you don't want to do sticks. If nothing else, they'll help you know more certainly if you're ovulating. It might take a few months and I think it's better to know you're not on a fertile cycle yet than to try and get your hopes up.

Hope it happens for us both soon. I had no idea how hard this process would be. We've been trying for 5 months, which isn't long in the scheme of things, but I've shed more tears than I'd like to admit!
