Hi there. I came off the pill on 1st September. I had my withdrawal bleed starting on the 4th of September. After a few weeks at the most I had awful sharp pain in my lower abdomen. I quessed this to be my egg releasing as when I checked my ovulation date it was at the same time. Half way through the month I've had loss of appetite sickly feeling to the point where I thought I was going to throw up and extreme exhaustion. In the last week of September I've felt compleatly normal up untill today (2nd october) with my normal cycle I should have been on my period yesterday. I did a test yesterday and got bfn. I had slight cramping last night. But no other symptoms of my period coming. Usually I get brown discharge sore boobs and constant cramping. I'm thinking of not testing untill next Monday if af dosent show. Has this ever happend to anyone where they've tested a little later and got a bfp. With my first child I got a positive result with a clear blue that said 1-2 weeks. I feel like I'm driving my self insane. I want to test everyday but I can't afford to be doing that. I just find it so strange that I don't have any pms or pregnancy signs. Just to add aswell, I had ovulation cm then dried up and now I've got quite a bit and it's very watery with like a thick dry paste Consistancy. Hopefully someone can shed some light as I'm just so confused

Also just to add. When I had my withdrawal bleed I had no cramps and it was just brown. No bright red blood and I could have got away with not having to water a sanitry towel

You're just coming off the pill. You have no 'normal cycle' to compare to. Your body can take awhile to cycle without the hormones being provided by the pill. Some pills suppress ovulation, so your body has to remember how to do that again, for example. You can get some bizarre hormonal symptoms because of this too.

It can take up to a year for normal, regular cycles to resume (but for most it's much less time than this).

Try not to take it all too seriously yet. Test weekly until you get af. If no af in the next two months, see your gp.

Thanks for getting back to me. I just thought once you stopped the pill the cycle just began. And with having pain on one side at the time I 'should' have ovulate just seemed promising. Still no sign of af. But I will just see what happens from now on and try not to get so wrapped up in it.
