Implantation bleeding, period or chemical pregnancy?

Yesterday i started bleeding, seems awfully like the start of my period however I'm not due for at least another week (though it's more like 10 days as my cycle is usually around 31 days, sometimes late but never more than a day early, this has been the same for the last 18 months since coming off the pill)
Its been 6-7 days since my ovulation date (which I tested so know that i ovulated) At first I thought maybe i was spotting due to implantation 🤞 but I expected this to be more like it was when i started my pill (small amounts rather than like a period) I've not got my hopes up yet as I'm very aware that it is unlikely, my concern is that maybe it is a chemical pregnancy? And if it is do I need to see a doctor at all? There's no signs of clots which i occasionally get each month (sorry for TMI!) Though from everything I've read that wouldn't be possible at this point. Everything I've read makes it seem like implantation bleeding but it is much heavier than everyone says to expect, I'd say more medium like i usually get (sorry for TMI) than light like people say. What are other people's experiences of implantation bleeding?
I've had pregnancy signs that I didn't realise until I began to bleed.
Really bad spots (which doesn't tend to happen, i get one or two at most, this time it has been horrendous!)
Constipation (though my bowels vary upon different times of the month)
Tummy cramps and bloating (though maybe this is to do with above)
Fatigue (though maybe I'm just exhausted from being busy the past few weeks)
Nausea (though again this isn't completely unusual for me as I do get that more often than most - no vomiting)
And my boobs have been a bit sore and my partner has commented on them looking bigger (though I'm sure this couldn't be possible this soon into it!)
In case needed I'm 23 (almost 24), been TTC for around 18 months, no signs of any issues, periods returned to normal almost straight after ended the pill, visited the doctor who isn't concerned about me or my partner, this is the first time I've had anything that could even remotely indicate pregnancy.

Thanks in advance for any support, just wanting to out my mind at rest more than getting my hopes up.

(P.s. I've done a test which was a BFN but i expected this as I'm aware it's too early to give a positive)

In the absence of a positive pregnancy test, it's unlikely to be a chemical. If you ovulated 6 days ago, implantation is unlikely to have happened (most common 9 dpo).

It could be a sign of an anovulatory cycle, which is quite common and normal. A positive opk is not a guarantee of ovulation - just that the hormones that are there before ov are present or not.

It could just be one of those things. As with most of these things, the only thing to do is watch and wait. If you get more bleeding in the middle of your cycle (if you get more bleeding in a week or so) or if this early af happens again, it's worth a trip to the gp, but most of these incidents have a cause that is never found, which can be frustrating. Gps tend to fob off this sort of thing off. Women's health is now t well enough understood or cared about...
