Options for sticky eggs

I've just confirmed my second CP in a row. Spoke to the doc before I knew who, firstly referred me on the the early pregnancy unit (who want to have a chat if I end up with a BFN) but also has offered to look at further options, she's offered to write a letter to progress things futher as I'm over 40 and need to get a move on. As this is only our 4th month trying she was less concerned about egg and sperm counts as those seem to be present enough!

I've got to call the doctor back so she can 'write this letter' but just like every time i go to the docs I feel I need to get a bit clued up so I know what questions to ask.

Has anyone been offered any particular treatments for getting eggs to stick?!?

Nothing to add sorry op but interested to hear advice. I've had two early miscarriages also. Hoping third time lucky when it happens.

If I were to have another cp I would also be going to the docs, hoping they would do something and no make me just wait as I'm late twenties. Hope someone comes along with some good advice soon.

Could be your egg quality rather than lack of quantity. At 40, around 4 eggs a year are viable on average (so even if they fertilise your body will realise that the pregnancy is not genetically viable. I have had a CP and it is devastating like any loss. I would ask your doctor for testing anyway (which will show your ovarian reserve). There is a great TTC over 40 thread on here too. Best of luck to you xx
