10 days late, negative HPT, could I still be pregnant?

Hi everyone ! First time poster here! I’m Rachel, 24, and I need some advise. It’s little complicated so I’m going to put it all in date order. (Bare with me!!)

18/06/18 -AF arrived
25/06/18 -I had a cervical screening done (smear test)
26/06/18 to 10/07/18 early July I was due to ovulate I had the usual symptoms like excess mucus (sorry if TMI) But mixed in was super light brown blood which was so strange, it wasn’t heavy enough to be a period either just really light. Lasted about 9 days. Me and my partner continued to try and conceive.
18/07/18 -no AF! I was surprised as I’m usually 100% regular every single month without fail.

It’s obviously 27/07/18 today so 10 days late and and AF still hasn’t arrived but the 3 HPT I’ve taken are all negative, no delay either straight away one line appears. I have had such bad cramps as if I’m about to have my period but nothing, I had the one-off-glass of wine yesterday and couldn’t finish it I felt that sick. No other pregnancy like symptoms though other than lower back pain. What should I do? As the cervical screening caused this? I want to be pregnant so bad it’s effecting me so much been in limbo, I keep obsessing over it and every time I take the test I’m devastated. I just want to know.

Obsessing and the weather could be throwing your cycle. It may be you didn't ov until much later in your cycle to normal (which is very very normal). Ovulating later would delay af.
