Could I be pregnant?

I know no one can tell for sure, but I’m CD 19 and have felt nauseous all day, threw up once at work then passed out, and have had some crampy discomfort on and off. Unsure of cycle length as recently off contraception but positive opk 8 days ago.
No other signs of infection, I’ve never fainted like that before. Urine test negative.
Is it too early for the symptoms to be pregnancy related?
Cheers.

Yes. Too early for the two to be related. Worth seeing a doc, I'd say, unless there is a clear reason for the fainting??

The embarrassing thing is I am a doctor and was working in A&E!
I think I vomited then stood up and passed out straight away on standing so if not pregnancy it’ll be a bug or something I ate. My colleagues were great at lying me down checking my bp etc then giggling while I went to do a pregnancy test! Working in paediatrics and a few of the nurses thought they’d had symptoms this early but not much obs&gynae expertise on hand.
I hung around for a few hours to drink lots of water then headed home!
I’ll go see my GP if still feeling rubbish tomorrow but don’t want to make a fuss if this is just standard pregnancy stuff.

Op sadly lots of norivirus everywhere recently. Not saying you're not, but don't see it where it's not

You’re right - and I could easily have picked it up at work.
Unlikely infectious as single vomit and no diarrhoea, but I don’t want to take time off work if I’m ‘just’ pregnant but don’t want to be an infection risk.
I promise I’m better at being a doctor than a patient :)

It's too early for the two to be related. Infections like norovirus can cause nausea and fainting (I passed out a couple of times when I had it due to dehydration. Not fun!). Good luck!
