Does anybody have any tips or diet advice for PCOS? Anything that's induced ovulation etc?

I've recently started using inositol 2 x daily and only change has been a lot of CM.

Read a lot about spearmint tea and its potential testosterone reducing properties too. I had started drinking a few cups a day but unfortunately the doctor has asked for cd 1-4 and 19-21 tests to confirm my raised androgens so I've stopped it for a bit.

I'm on cd 50 and have never wanted AF more in my life Angry. Just want diagnosis 100% confirmed before I start 'treating' it in whatever ways I can.

Another question I have is, if I am TTC and not ovulating (99% sure I'm not) can I ask my doctor for clomid straight away? August will be month 8 of TTC.

I lost 2 stone & got pregnant within weeks of reaching my goal weight after TTC for 3 years. A healthy weight is absolutely key when TTC with PCOS. My cycles became totally normal 28-30days about 6 months before I conceived. You've done amazingly & as you've just had a reasonably normal cycle - pregnancy could be just around the corner. Best of luck Smile

Wonderful to hear your success! Be cautious with iodine supplementation as it is possible to take too much, and the inositol can affect your blood sugar so you should check with your doctor on your supplement regimen. Great to hear you are doing better.
Have you thought about CoQ10? Here is some background research information: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/cen.13288/full
