Thin lining

So I am having follicle tracking at the moment. I started a thread here on Monday that follicles could be seen on the left ovary but not on the right. I've now been for my next ultrasound today and she says they only occur on one side at a time (thanks @physicskate). The next thing she said was that my lining wasn't as thick as she would like it to be. I'm going back on Saturday for the next ultrasound to confirm ovulation.
My question is this.....last June I had a MMC. I had an erpc. I went for my follow up in July and at that time, she (same doctor) told me that my lining was a bit thin but nothing to worry about. My periods were fine from July until December. They are now still bang on time but now only last 2-3 days and TMI....there isn't a lot of lining being shed. I was diagnosed with Graves disease in February and put my shortened periods down to this.
After the appointment today, I'm wondering is it ashermans syndrome? Am i fearing the worst? Is it to do with graves disease (one of side effects is shortened periods or none at all!)? Would an inter al ultrasound have picked up ashermans? What can I do to thicken the lining?
Thanks if you have read all this!

Not sure about asherman's signs on ultrasound, but generally to thicken lining eat red/ purple foods: pomegranate, beets. And drink raspberry red leaf tea but only before ov. These are some of the old wives tales/ diet things you could try.

Is the graves' getting under control? Numbers good now? This could cause infertility...

I'm happy to provide info from my own exhaustive hours of research...

T3 and t4 are under control and tsh is moving in right direction. Both my endocrinologist and obstetrician have said there is no reason why the graves would stop me getting pregnant as it is now under control. Would prefer to try the natural ways to thicken up rather than medicated route I think. So frustrating as it happened on the first cycle last year.
