Can Clear Blue digital be wrong?

I have had 2 faint pink lines on 2 boots tests and thought I would try clear blue digital which came back saying not pregnant. I am 1 day late.
Could either of the tests be wrong?

Clear blue are known for not being that sensitive. I had negative digi early on I then had a positive a few days early and a negative a day later both in digi !! Frer are rated by most people . Altho, don’t wanna be a bummer but you probably should be getting a positive on most brands at 1 day late x

That’s really not true that the OP should be getting a BFP on all brands at one day late. Clear Blue are nowhere near as sensitive.

KimRobs87 · 05/06/2018 17:42

I didn't get a positive on CB until days after getting a positive on a normal test x

@Tink2007, that's not true. If you have a 13 day luteal phase but don't implant until 12DPO, then only the most sensitive tests would be positive when you're a day late.

A positive HPT depends on when you implanted, the length of your LP plus your HcG levels. It's not an exact science at all.

I’m confused as that’s what I said? I was disagreeing with the poster above me who said the OP should be getting a positive on most brands at one day late.

I said this isn’t true.

NoWordForFluffy · 05/06/2018 19:04

Ah, yes. But your reasoning was different. It isn't just sensitivity.

Tink2007 · 06/06/2018 06:46

No, it isn’t just sensitivity but that’s the what I took the poster before me to mean so addressed that part.
